Thanks to Phil and Kieran for a prompt arrival yesterday morning. Then cracking on and completing a great job installing the EV charger. Thanks also to Simon for clear info and advice given prior to the install. Now just waiting for VW to deliver our car.

I can only echo the excellent reviews others have left. From first contact to completed installation Smart Home were very professional. Communication from Clare prior to the installation was excellent. And the 2 young men who came to do the job were on time, friendly and polite; they got straight down to work and the charger was up and running within an hour. They wouldn't even accept a coffee!

Matthew did a really great job fitting my new Ohme EV charger. Neat and tidy, and it doesn't look out of place at all. In record time, too!

Great service from the Smart Home Technical team from Clare and Simon in the office, to Matt who installed our OHME EV charger. Matt initially arrived to do a follow up on the survey due to some possible complications, saw an easy solution and installed there and then. Brilliant. Very keen and a real problem fixer, he just got on with the job and was always friendly and pleasant. Could not have been a more pleased with the outcome.

We had an Ohme home charger installed in our garage. The electric supply to the garage required upgrading. This was quickly quoted for, and the work scheduled in a few days. The two electricians arrived promptly and work quietly and efficiently to complete a thorough and neat piece of work. Well done !

Smart Home Technical fitted my OHME charger. There were a couple of possible cable routes, one quick and ugly, and one significantly more complicated and time consuming but managing to hide 90% of the cable.

Matt worked tirelessly to take the harder but more aesthetically pleasing route, completing a faultless install which looks as neat as possible. He was polite, careful and cleaned up after himself.

I really do recommend Smart Home Technical. I've only used them for the OHME charger so far but based on the strength, quality and value of the work completed I've already asked them to quote for additional electrical works.

Having searched the internet for Electric Vehicle Charge Point installers in Hampshire, I found Smart Home Technical Ltd and rang for an estimate.
The manager said his technician would call in to me as he was on his way from Portsmouth to Bournemouth to do a survey of my property. Apparently, the std price for an Ohme 7kW smart charging unit is £500 +VAT installed if you are eligible for the £350 grant from the Gov'mt which covers the installation.
The Technician arrived within 30 min and said he could do the job there and then, which he did.
He was cheerful, knowledgeable and very professional. The charger checked out fine.
Due to a problem associated with my Zoe ZE 50 being sensitive to Earth impedance and our site providing a very poor connection to ground stopping it from accepting a charge, the manager sent the technician back the next working day to fit a special Matte Pen (£144!) safety Earth protection device which solved the the problem completely.

I had an Ohme charger fitted. Simon was very helpful in explaining how to get the best of it to save me money in the long run. They were able to fit it very quickly and the workmen were professional and tidy. Very happy.
