I invested in a Specialist Supported Housing opportunity around eighteen months ago. The transaction process was well organised, and I appreciated the transparency provided at every stage. Payments have been received every month. As a result i have just invested into Specialist Supported Housing through my ISA as well.

Smart Legals are a great boutique company offering specialist advice. I have dealt with them for property investment for two separate property investments. One in Bristol and the other in Manchester. Both are rented out on short term lets with excellent yields. More recently, I have referred some of my clients for tax efficient investments. This is my second investment with them now, first was a 12-month bond that paid out perfectly so I came back for a longer term one. What gives me confidence is that everything is backed by actual property not some abstract fund where you've no idea where your money is, and my solicitor had a look at the documentation and said it was all proper. Can't ask for much more than that
