Big Red Flag: No Replies After Payment
We paid the $400 onboarding fee and started reaching out to Smart Prep Center last month using several of their emails — but still haven’t received any response.
For us, this lack of communication is a big red flag. It’s the main reason we’ve now decided to switch to another prep center. In this business, reliable and responsive support is essential — and unfortunately, Smart Prep Center has not provided that.
We hope to get our money back, as we didn’t expect this kind of experience from the start. It’s made us completely lose confidence in working with them.
Very disappointing overall — and from other reviews we’ve seen, this seems to be a recurring issue.
