I ordered a banner and stand for a conference. Smartpress kept pushing the expected delivery date and it required a lot of back-and-forth for me to get an answer on the source of the delay and whether I could expect to receive the product on time. Ultimately, the delay was due to Smartpress being out of stands and solved when I offered to buy a stand off Amazon so that the banner could be shipped on time. I didn’t mind this solution but did mind the uncertainty and that I had to hound people down to understand the problem and get to a solution. It would be good in these situations to proactively inform the customer about expected delays so they can make alternative arrangements if needed or work with you to get to a mutually acceptable outcome.

I’ve had three books printed by SmartPress and each experience has been better than the one before it. Everyone at SmartPress was dedicated to making sure the process was professional, fast, and geared towards producing the best product possible. They were in touch with me every step of the way and their expertise and customer centric dedication removed any anxiety I had as a newbie to the the field of publishing. I felt like I was a part of team concerned with making sure my vision was realized and providing me with suggestions to make the final product the best it could be.
As cost is always something people worry over, I have to say that the old adage’you get what you pay for’ would have to be amended to you get ‘much more than you pay for’ with SmartPress. I have a few more books to publish and I would never consider going anywhere else. The folks at SmartPress are the best in the business as far as I’m concerned.

We got brochures for our wedding business, and they turned out so great for the price! Quality paper and colors. Whole brochure was covered exactly like it was supposed to be, not missing huge edges like I've experienced before.

Excellent quality business cards, exactly as described. Communication was great, and Smartpress even caught an error in my artwork so I could fix it before printing. Color consistency was spot-on, unlike some other vendors I’ve used. I would absolutely use them again.

each copy was inconsistent. the cutting was horrible and every single print was different from the next. this is my first time printing from you and i am willing to try again, but i hope next time is better

Great experience printing both my save the dates and wedding invitation suite with Smartpress. Pricing is great, proofs come back quickly, and everything prints and ships quickly. We did the save the dates on uncoated smooth natural and our wedding suite on felt weave natural. We were really happy with both of those choices. I suggest ordering the paper sample book before making your choice. We were also given way more copies than we ordered. We didn't count but for our wedding suite we did 3 pieces with 95 of each and it looks like we got double for each piece. The only negative I experienced was the top 3 or 4 pieces in each bundle came with some bent corners but since we had so many extras it didn't affect us. Overall great experience!

The reorder process is easy and the ability to submit a change is readily available. Office staff requesting order affirm we will order from Smartpress again.

I scheduled a call to go over options on a rush job that was causing me stress and Amanda was super helpful and understanding. While i didn't see the final printed piece in person (because it was shipped directly to another city), my team sent me a video and it looked pretty amazing. 5 stars all around.

I ordered a 6 panel mega brochure and it was delayed and folded wrong. But Amy and her team fixed it right away and did what it took to make the job right.

As a business owner I love companies that stand behind their product and production.

The design was exactly what I expected and they looked great, however 40 of my 120 booklets were misprinted. But the team was super helpful in getting it corrected and I had all printed correctly by the date I needed them!
