Sent an email on the 15th June for advise on re-coating my printed drive, got an email back from Jake Aldridge asking for my phone number.
So I sent it, but still no reply.
I would prefer an email explaining what would be possible, and what would be required.
Looking for other suppliers who take the time to get back.

I have used Smartseal's Extreme block paving cleaner previously and been very happy with the results. I have purchased it again along with some Extreme black spot cleaner, but have not used it. Will do so soon and when the weather is cooler.

Did not remove oil stains after several aplications.

I rang because I was having an issue with not been able to stir the block magic due to it being in a tall rectangular tin, but after talking with Reece he gave me some expert tips and a good deal on two more 5lt tins. Excellent company to deal with.

So far so good. From first enquiring about the products, Ricky was able to help steer me in the right directly. Email and call back were very responsive. It was refreshing to speak to someone in the know, versus a call centre or remote worker following a script.

Delivered on time etc.

Patio cleaner and then colour enhancer sealant used. Both have worked as described. It now looks better than we have ever had it.

The real test will be what it looks like in 3, 6 and 12 months time but so far very happy.
