As a competent diyer I came across this company when a pattern impressed concrete driveway was installed many years ago and saw the installer products. After 10 years it needed reviving and with the excellent instructions and videos and seeing how good the product was first hand it was an obvious choice to call on them for what I needed. Recently a slate patio needed some tlc so decided on on sealing it and gave them a call and spoke to Ricky Kirwan who was knowledgeable and helped me decide on the product. It might be old fashioned but calling these guys is the way to do it. Great products, great service. Don’t bother wasting your time looking around, order from this company and get on and do it.

Have used this product several times now... absolutely the best in the market...very easy to apply to block paving and kept weeds away for almost 4-5 years.

Great service from Smartseal, easy to apply using long handled micro fiber mop. Obvious protection when tiles are wet, make sure all tiles are coated evenly, don't over apply, product goes a long way, apply one row at a time, our porcelain was 900 x 600 with bond so easy to apply row after row. A satin finish to porcelain from Smartseal, no change of depth of shade after application, I placed an offcut of untreated porcelain on treated area and the difference in the matt finish of untreated tile compared to the satin finish of treated tile is noticeable so don't miss any part of tiles when applying. The satin finish looks great its not a wet look that is not what we wanted.

Sent some photos off to Jake, he had a look and requested a few more bits of information so he can make an informed decision about what I need (always best to ask the experts for advice). I have to say, it’s customer service that sets one company above the others. If Jake is anything to go by, I reckon I’ve got the right company.

Very quick and efficient delivery experience. However, I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the product as temperatures have been too high for our contractor to use at present.

I emailed Jake Aldridge a query about an exterior paintwork project, and he gave me some clear advice on which products to use, how to use them, and links to tutorials for extra help. He requested feedback on the product after use, which was a nice touch and made me feel valued as a customer.
