Very fast delivery, easy to deal with

Great product did exactly as stated on your website. It's the second product I have used in your range, I used the natural sandstone sealer dry finish and it has given outstanding protection to our patio.

Delay for over a week. Had to call twice to get any information about delay

Price, Internet and phone experience excellent The whole experience was let down by very late delivery of goods. Just to add, delivery was out of the control of Smartseal, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Really pleased I tried this product! Sprayed it on, left for just over an hour and WOW!! Stone was just like new!!

Replying to Barry from customer service . The product is fab , but for an older driveway that's porous and looking smooth but it isn't, it's taking a hell of a lot of product with the roller that's not permeating and leaving a patchy look. Maybe I wasn't called stupid but it equated to the same thing ,but when men decide there's no way it can take so much to cover it and I did say a sweeping brush is doing a better job I was told no way. So to me totally equates I'm doing it wrong therefore stupid I only stated facts and what I was experiencing . As a woman of course I am doing it wrong. I found the response to be rather mysoginistic, there's no way it could take so much. The product is fab but a lot more research needs to be done. Especially when was discussed and decided no way. I'm disappointed the way this has turned out but there's many more companies out there and I just got my first delivery from another one that does the same thing and is a lot cheaper with the same specs and that's what people need is truth. Sorry if this review hasn't gone their way but it is what it is. I have no further discussion to be had with this company and I will not be calling them back after the last call we had. I suppose Barry is conveying what the men discussed and he's in the firing line for what his boss said!! Thanks Emma responding to my latest review as a scramble attempt to support women, was very touching ,especially as I feel this company is rather sexist towards stupid women whom aren't doing rounds correctly . When they decide there's no way it will take that much it's a horrid thing to be told no way. That's what happens when misogynists decide your doing it wrong, throw the female in there to say thanks for the review to prove they're not sexist and there you go. Fab product but as I did state savage expensive as my drive is in good condition but old and colouring 5 times the amount that they are claiming it does cover. Do your research people , make up your own mind and research. Have the same and a lot cheaper with same specs ..I won't mention another brand that does the same but it's there... Thanks Emma but when the men go to dinner and say no way it would take so much , even if you want to mind your job I do understand . It's so derogatory to women as I tried what they said and it wasn't great, it did need a soft sweeping brush to apply . Let the men who discussed it over dinner be delighted with themselves. The coverage isn't great and about one eighth of what's claimed it'll do .. Thanks.

Great website easy to order delivered within 3 days

I used the Extreme Patio Cleaner to clean a 90 year old pathway to my house. While it took two treatments and a good power hose, it fully cleaned all of heavy black lichen that had been there for at least 20 years. The second treatment was only required due to the remaining very heavy black lichen. I recommend a hard plastic or soft wire brush with undiluted cleaner to dislodge it.

It has been 10 days and I still haven’t received my product but I did receive your email for a review. That is why I am giving you one star maybe when I receive my product and use it I can put up another review.

Ordered on line via the Smart Seal website. Delivery of the products was fast and well within the specified period outlined by Smart Seal. I used the Sealer and the job has turned out well. I intend using these products in the future.
