Hi Peter, I apologise for the delay in receiving your item. It was actually a delay with Royal Mail who seem to have lost your parcel. I believe our customer service team have arranged a replacement to be sent. I hope it has not arrived. I assure you this is not a scam - my lost parcels with Royal Mail do happen and we strive to ensure we provide a replacement once we have been made aware of this,
Kids watch
The watch is great and my daughter loved but a shame it broke after such a short time and a pain sorting out the replacement and sending other one back as a fight for you to pay the postage.

Customer services were useless
Customer services were useless. I couldn’t link the watch to my phone so couldn’t use it and wanted to send it back. Trying to contact customer services was like flying to the moon! I couldn’t find the address no matter how many times I emailed them I didn’t get anywhere so now I’m stuck with a watch that’s useless.

SyncFit better than Whoop!
I purchased the new SyncFit to replace my Whoop band.
I am very impressed with the style of the band and also the functions of the app.
Highly recommend the fitness band as it is cheaper than the Whoop and actually has more functionality!

Good smart watch
I must say this watch is such great value for money and looks good to. Can't fault it and would recommend it. Only draw back is I need to charge it every 2 to 3 days. Otherwise a great product at affordable price.

I placed a order with smartwatchforless and realised it didn't have the specifications I needed so canceled the order but they said the watch needed to be sent out to me and returned , so I returned the watch using the postage label they sent the tracking information hasn't changed in two weeks and I still haven't received my refund

I bought a smart watch for my son, tracker/phone calls ect for while he was out playing. It worked well to start with, maybe only a couple of weeks and it started playing up. The location was WAY off, which was one of the main purposes of getting the watch. I got in touch with the company and asked for a refund, I would even send the product back. However they wouldn't do this. Instead the offered me money off cheaper watches. I do not trust this company's watches they are not for for purpose. Especially if it is for your child. I will never use these again

Great service and speedy delivery! The watch arrived in time and works really well! Customer service were quick to respond and help me with setup as I was a bit unsure but turned out to be extremely easy and simple to set up! I would highly recommend them.
