I started buying from Creed Perfume Samples about 2 years ago. I am a thorough devotee of Creed's "Princess Oud" and had run out of my signature fragrance, so I did a random serach online and this company came up. At first, I tried the smallest possible sample (in case I was disappointed), but nowadays, I'm buying much larger sizes. The quality is excellent and my order always arrives quickly, so I'm never without for very long. I am very satisfied by my experiences with Creed Perfume Samples thus far!

Good experience with this website so far! I've placed my second order with them a few days ago and waiting for my samples. One thing I would suggest to them though would be to contact the customer if a perfume is no longer in stock and ask if the customer wants a replacement for that sample (they can even suggest other samples with the same price) rather than refund me automatically. Otherwise, great job!

So far not so good. Ordered late Tuesday, no confirmation email. Yesterday realised my order still had not been sent so sent a message using Facebook from their website, no answer and still no answer today.
Other sample sites are much quicker, much more efficient, much better at communication.
Starting to wonder if my order will ever get sent.

Ordered items over 7 days ago. Still nothing arrived. Emailed them received no reply.
DPD saying received order details but not my parcel. Think this site is a con.

So hard to find Galimard perfume in the UK, so very pleased to purchase a genuine product at a very reasonable price. Excellent customer service and the perfume arrived well packed fairly quickly. Thank you Seb.

Placed an order 13th March and have been charged but have not received a confirmation email. Tried to contact on the web messenger but no response and the contact number is invalid - This has now been resolved and looking forward to receiving the samples.

I purchased 2 full bottles of perfume from the A Lab On Fire range and I’m really happy with them. I believe they are from an older batch (direct site sells only 50ml bottles now but they used to sell 60ml bottles, 60ml is what I got) but that doesn’t bother me as it was slightly discounted and it didn’t affect performance. Delivery took a week but it came from Ireland and for it to be during covid/brexit times, that is acceptable in my eyes. Very happy with purchase and will be buying from here in the future.

I ordered a sample for a friend (part of a birthday present) on the 28/1 but it hasn't arrived yet. After putting a review here - the company kindly reached out to me and sorted the issue. A replacement sample is now on the way. Despite the initial hurdle - I can't fault the customer service I received once the problem was identified. Thank you!
