Love what you do,it allows me to purchase lovely perfumes at very good pricing without the large price for a full size bottle, have just bought two sample bottles at a great price and if I like can come back and hopefully buy the full size as I have extra sensitive skin,service is great postage is fast for delivery never had a problem "you have a great bunch of guys n gals" love ya all.

Order never arrived Messaged seller few times . No reply Its been 2 weeks and still no replies from online chat Would never recommend this place to anyone. Update the message from supplier was sent after i put up feedback due to them not contacting me

Después de mucho tiempo de hacer el pedido de 2 muestras y sin noticias les reclamo y me dicen que una de ekllas no la tienen y si quiero sustituirla pero no me dicen cuak de ellas por lo que me es imposible decidir. Les explico esto mismo tanto por email como por el formulario de su web. Nada... no hay más contacto. Finalmente 2 meses después recibo una de las muestras. Les reclamo la devolución de la otra y no se han dignado en volver a contestarme ni devolverme nada. Son aproximadamente 10€. No parece mucho valor, pero esta gente son para mi unos sonvergüenzas que dan un servicio pésimo y recomiendo a todos los usuarios que recurran a cualquier otra casa de muestras que no sea esta. Por cierto, sigo esperando la devolución. Ustedes mismos...

They had the perfumes I wanted, in the sizes that I wanted. The packaging was excellent and it arrived in good time.

Always is great and when you can’t afford a normal size perfume you can always buy a small size

I bought perfume 3 weeks ago and have tried to contact them via email and through on line chat as I haven’t received my item. It hasn’t even been shipped yet. I don’t even know if I’m going to receive my item. I will not buy from them again.
I’ve changed my review from 1 to 4 stars as I’ve now received my refund

I’ve bought a sample from website sell to impress then I’ve emailed them and it wasn’t same name it was “ smelly outlet” but I could sense something dodgy..delivery first class but no tracking info,I’ve emailed them after the day of my purchase when they’ll ship,I’ve been told next day and it hasn’t been posted so emailed again and apparently will be posted tomorrow..hopefully and finger crossed cause I don’t feel like I can trust them…

Robbers!!! I have paid for 6 items and received only 5. They even wrote on my paper invoice that the perfume was out of stock. I have sent several emails asking where is my refund for that item and still no answer 1 month later.

Despite saying that EU users won't pay additional taxes, that's not true.
After you pay extra taxes in your country and ask for a refund from the company, they won't respond to your inquiry.
