I really wanted to like these lunchboxes, but the closure clips are a major design flaw. The small plastic hole the clip attaches to is very flimsy. Given these are designed for young children, the closure should be far more robust.

One lunchbox broke within a month. The other two failed within a few months, all in the exact same way. I’ve attached three photos showing the identical break point across all of them.please note the purple shows the scrubbed out name.

Children open and close lunchboxes multiple times every day — this level of use should be expected and designed for. Once the clip breaks, the lunchbox is essentially unusable.

This doesn’t appear to be normal wear and tear, but a consistent design issue. I’m disappointed with the quality and would appreciate a refund or store credit.

Purchased a backpack and lunch bag online. Both arrived with stains! Went instore for a refund and bought elsewhere. NOT HAPPY!!!

If I could, I would add pictures of products.

Worst online customer service - needed the delivery redirected (my fault due to an Afterpay address issue) was not responded to until it was ‘too late’ for them to redirect. They then said I would be given the option with Auspost and but according to auspost this was not possible.

Had a wander through Smiggle the other day and honestly, it’s a kids’ paradise. The stationery’s cute as – bright colours everywhere, sparkly pens, fun little notebooks, even lunchboxes that pop with colour.

I‘m thoroughly impressed with their customer service!!!!
My four kids love smiggle drink bottles and I had a problem with a missing part. The smiggle customer service was so wonderful, they replied several times, explaining differences in the spare parts and posting me what I needed. I did not actually expect this amount of care and have to praise them on the time and kindness they showed me! Definitely a good selling point if they show customer service like this ❤️

My grand daughter wanted a Smiggle Backpack. Like a good grandad I went online to find a seller. It took me at least an hour to find out there is actually a store in my neighborhood. Then I found there isn't really a store which could even talk to me. I decided there was no point in going any further until I found out a bit about Smiggle products, stores and service. I looked up reviews to get some kind of insight and read 300 bad reviews and two average ones . Honestly, I have tried to give these guys a chance to sell me something but they can't even do that .

No replacements for the fragile spritz bottle top (that leaked from new anyway)
