The smile life team were always there to answer any questions I had regarding my treatment. If I was unsure of something the dental team would arrange a very quick video appointment which was so reassuring.

Amazing service from the get go. The team always on hand if you have a problem. I would highly recommend SmileLife. It really changed my smile & gave me so much confidence.

From start to finish, the process was seem less, easy, professional and most importantly, the results were amazing. I booked an appointment in the Baggot Street clinic to begin the process by getting a 3D scan of my teeth, which was done quickly and the staff were so friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. They then processed my case and within a couple of weeks I had my digital scan on my Smilelife app which showed from beginning to end how my teeth will move and improve over the 11 weeks for my top arch and 15 for my bottom.
The aligners arrived in a lovely box with all the tools needed to aid in the process as well as the whitening kit which was amazing. The process, although challenging at times was rewarding with the results seen in every check in, which is incorporated into the application. Any queries I had were answered quickly with a dedicated customer service employee, answering my questions clearly and with a friendly personal touch.
The results progressed quickly, and by the 8th week I could see the finish line. By the 11th week my top teeth were exactly as the digital results showed, I was so excited to finish.
After finishing both arches I availed of the smilecare after care kit which included retainers, an electric toothbrush and whitening top ups, which were renewed every 6 months, making it very easy to maintain my teeth.
The whole process from beginning to present has been excellent and I can’t recommend Smilelife enough.

I have to say I did my homework and found this option the best for me. Their customer service is next to none which has made me very happy and the app is so easy to use and the tool box is amazing

From start to finish Smile Life were incredible, the dentists and web support were top class. Any query I ever had was responded to so quickly and with great efficiency. I was hesitant about getting retainers online but they honestly have changed my life and my smile and I’ll never look back!

Recently signed up with Smilelife and must say the experience has been fantastic from the get go. Everything arrived as planned, well communicated and as simple as promised. The consultation was excellent and simple to follow and my treatment plan clear and concise. I can’t wait to see the results. Smiles all the way.

I am very satisfied with the results, it was hard to believe that I could straighten my teeth in such a short period of time, but now I have experienced it and it is an incredible. I followed everything what they told me and I was very persistent which led to this. The team was excellent and always promptly responded to any of my requests, they were very helpful, I want to thank everyone!

Very good treatment process - I am very happy with my result - it was completed in a short period of time and for a lot less than I had been quoted from my regular dentist - would be happy to recommend

Smilelife was amazing to deal with my results after 6 months where unreal also signed up for the retainer service this was great if your thinking of changing ur smile with great customer service and painless I would highly recommend this company.

Smile life was recommended to me by a friend. This friend tried to do this through the link online so he could avail of the 'reward' but the link wouldn't allow this. So at my first appointment I gave his case number and all his details and was told this would be dealt with. However he never got the 'reward' we were told because it wasn't done through the link he couldn't get it even though we both explained the link wouldn't work!
I got my alligners within 3 week, 2 of which were cracked and I only realised as I got to actually wear them. I asked for replacements but was told there was no point that I should just move onto the next alligner as it takes 3 weeks to make them.
I am happy with how my teeth look now however they are not fully straight but they are much better than they were. I am wearing the retainers now at night time. When I started wearing the retainer during the day I couldn't actually get it on. I had to have a videocall and was told to force it on. I thought it would break. Thankfully it didn't but when I finally got it on it actually hurt from the force of it going on. Maybe this was because my teeth aren't fully straight.
Some of the alligners I found were too long and I could see them hang below my teeth. I felt there was no point in complaining about this as they wouldn't have been replaced.
I will say the customer service are quick to reply whenever I sent messages.
Would I recommend Smile Life? No I don't think I would.
Definitely shop around. Read all the reviews first.

Was sceptical when they told me my teeth would be straight in 6 months I was honestly blown away by the results and can say it works 100%

I would highly recommend from start to finish everyone was so helpful I was told 7 months and it was 7 months finished and all wish I had of done it years ago
