just finished my treatment, i had amazing results in less then 5 months, and finally I can smile with confidence; they also provide whitening kits ,so highly recommended :)

Nothing but trouble with SmileLife. It's affordable, which is why I chose them, but in hindsight, you're better off going with a more costly product. I had trouble from the beginning with loading my pictures onto their website. This was an ongoing thing throughout the 4 months.
I then enquired about getting retainers once the aligners had done their job, and was told I needed to buy an impressions kit since I had had my wisdom teeth out since my first impressions. First, the website wouldn't accept my payment, then when I contacted me, they tried to charge me £27 instead of the £17 advertised. The kit was delivered but with no details on what to do next. I emailed them again asking what needed to be done now, only to be told I didn't need to do the impressions after all! I asked for a refund for the kit I had bought and was told that since I'd opened it, they couldn't refund me. I told them I'd only opened it because they hadn't provided me with any information and that it was their fault I had ordered it in the first place. I threatened to take my business elsewhere if they didn't refund me. The refund was quickly put through. I then paid the year-long subscription of £197 (again, the payment wasn't accepted on the website and had to be done via email). The retainers arrived, and within THREE DAYS of wearing them, both upper and lower sets were cracked. I am now waiting to hear how they intend to rectify this. I am not paying nearly £200 to pay for more retainers 3 days after starting wearing them when they are meant to last 3 months. Terrible.

They take your money, send you a package with treatment but then no support, no follow up...
My teeth aren't aligned and they don't want to help me further because I didn't upload pictures in their app that never worked for me and for which no one has ever been able to help me make it work. Really disappointed, I shouldn't have trust them

I bought an impression kit from smilelife last year even though my teeth weren’t looked at etc. I sent away my impressions anyways and received my aligners soon after. I was not advised at the tome due to over crowding on my teeth that the aligners would not work. I tried them for 6months (amount of aligners given) and had no results so I said I’d start again from week one and go through the process again. Still no results. I was unable to get through to anyone to discuss this via phone or email. I went to see my local dentist and was advised that clear aligners do not work for everyone and that I should have been advised this prior my purchase. Smilelife will take your money and will not follow up anything with you! I am disgusted I’ve spent 1400€ on absolutely nothing. That’s money I could have put towards proper braces. Maybe this review with her smilelife to actually get in contact with me about this robbery!

I wish I had heard of smilelife years ago. Excellent customer service from start to finish. My canines were sticking out at 45 degrees, a family trait. Now all my teeth are flat. It has made such a difference to my confidence every day. Such easy and simple continuous support which is ongoing. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you

I have had the worst experience with smile life . If I can give you any advice it would be not to cheap out here and get, proper braces or other Aligners. First of all they charged my deposit twice and if I hadn’t of noticed that was over 300€ they would have took from me . Then I finished my Aligners on my bottom teeth and I was not happy with the results. I had a meeting via FaceTime with a smile life employee to discuss my problem. She told me it’s my fault my teeth haven’t moved since she said I haven’t done hpr which you have to do to make your teeth move . I have done this which made me upset. She then told me I hadn’t done it properly , if so why hadn’t any one thought of setting up check in meeting to have a look at peoples teeth ? When I first FaceTimed smile life in my consultation they said if your not happy with your smile they will send out free Aligners until you are. This was not the case for me . They made it sound great and now haven’t followed through . I am a young mother who now has completely wasted over 1500€ on these alighners where it could have gone to something else. This experience had me in tears and words can discuss how upset I am with this . The worst purchase of my life 😢

The best thing Iv ever done for myself , I always wanted to change my teeth as I was bullied for years and always just felt teeth make such a difference to your appearance it doesn’t matter if they are not perfect in terms of size but once they are all aligned and straight it makes all the difference I would pay double to get the results I got ☺️ The smile life team are the kindest people they don’t judge they always message me back if anything it takes me longer to get back to them 😅 If your thinking about doing it like I did over a year ago you really won’t regret it just do it 👍

Wish I had done it years ago. I am a total ambassador and have recommended the treat to many people.

I have been wearing smilelife for 8.5 months now and i wouldnt recommend it absoloute waste of money no change in my teeth apart from 1 tooth. Through my whole treatment i did not receive one phone call to see how my treatment was going and i kept receiving emails as to when i would like to start my treatment although I was already going through my treatment. Visit a proper dentist.

I started recently my treatment with SmileLife, I must say I’m impressed of the attentions I have received from all team since day one. I always wanted straighter teeth , but you always find yourself postponing and waiting for a better time because tbh braces are still very expensive and not for everybody so I decided to give it a go first because of the price advertised and sure thanks to the reviews provided from customers . Now I’m happily wearing my first set of aligners for almost a week and until now it’s been all great and I can’t wait to see the results after my 7 months treatment . Excellent so far

Overall very impressed with the service and price. My teeth are nearly done and they are close to perfect. I went into them to get a 3D scan but they do a home impression kit too. The App doesn't work that well but their customer service is brilliant - very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend over other invisible braces brands - lots of my friends have tried different companies and my experience was by far the best and most affordable.

When my after care aligner snapped (simple length of time in use) and I mailed the SmileLife team to ask for replacement - they responded IMMEDIATELY and issued it straight away. The delivery did take a bit longer than 5 working days though, but between BREXIT and COVID delays, I would not blame the SmileLife team for that.
