I am genuinely devastated
I am genuinely devastated by my experience with this clinic.
What initially seemed like an “all-inclusive” treatment quickly turned into constant additional charges, upgrades and unexpected costs appearing throughout the process. It honestly felt like there was always another payment waiting around the corner.
Even the whitening included in the package suddenly became “not good enough”, and I was pressured into paying extra for upgraded whitening because the original one supposedly “would not guarantee results”.
The most upsetting part is that important information about costs was not communicated clearly in advance. Instead, things were presented gradually, often at stages where you already feel emotionally and financially committed and have little real choice left.
Throughout my treatment, I repeatedly raised concerns about one of my teeth and was constantly reassured by my dentist, Samuel Hainsworth, that everything would be corrected at the end. He even demonstrated the final look himself and insisted this was the result he wanted to achieve.
Not once was I clearly told that this would later become another expensive separate procedure.
Only at the very end of treatment — after braces were removed and after additional upgrades had already been paid for — was I suddenly presented with yet another bill.
The clinic later began hiding behind consent forms and policies, despite later acknowledging in writing that important treatment and cost information had not been properly provided to me beforehand.
The entire experience left me feeling misled, financially cornered and honestly humiliated.
Patients deserve transparency, honesty and clear pricing from the beginning — not a constant stream of extra costs revealed step by step once treatment is already underway.

Dr. Sam explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable at every appointment. I’m very happy with my results so far and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering Invisalign treatment!

Highly recommended dental experience
I’ve just finished my Invisalign treatment with Sanchi at The Smile Stylist in Hale, and I’m really pleased with the results.
The whole experience felt professional, welcoming, and it felt like a really premium service. Switching from my previous NHS dentist was definitely the right decision.
The team were friendly and easy to deal with, and the treatment itself was straightforward and pain-free throughout.
Highly recommend.

I had the best experience at Smile Stylist in Manchester. I’ve always been anxious about the dentist, but Dr Ben and the team have been nothing but professional, kind and incredible. From the friendly reception team who will make you feel comfortable and taken care or to the brilliant treatment itself from the clinicians. The whole process has been a breeze because of the professionals at Smile Stylist. Flexible appointments and a gorgeous clinic made me feel taken care of and Dr Ben oversaw my treatment from start to finish. I loved my invisalign experience and he took the time to discuss and explain my options and treatment, including invisalign, whitening and stain removal. Dr Ben and the whole clinical and reception team were fantastic and I recommend Smile Stylist to everyone.
