Had a lovely time choosing my budgies,was given lots of time and all the staff (thanku to Lynsey so nice )were so friendly and very informative,lovely fun pet shop and everything you need under one roof, thanku loving new birds.
Came back to the store for an update and well being check in with the rats and honestly Joyce and I believer her name was Emily? Both helped us with their kindness. Both friendly and such a lovely conversation with them both. Appreciate both their help! ♥️
Emily was really helpful when buying my new pet rats! I needed to buy the full setup which Emily helped with, without suggesting I buy more than my new rats need right now. Lynsey was really lovely as was her colleague. Both were rushed off their feet but still made time to make us feel welcome and help my daughter choose her new best friend a Syrian hamster. Fab service from a fab team !

Been coming to Smiths for God knows how long to buy fish. The staff, especially Robbie and George are fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and just all round great with customer service. I would recommend Smiths Aquatics to anyone who wants fish.

Bought a fish tank today and was served by George who was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. I haven’t had a tank for 30 years and George along with Robbie were excellent. George for star of the week !

What can i say, I come twice a week and everytime is a please. George especially is always super helpful and makes time for a chat. Robbie isn't that bad either I guess lol. But George is honestly one it a kind
