A Google search brought this company up saying Free Delivery for woodfiller. Delivery as actually £20
A Google search brought up Smiths Timber with a good price on Rustins Plastic wood and free delivery. At the checkout it was made clear that the minimum delivery cost was £20.
I started an online chat to complain. I was told that Free Delivery only applied to local delivery. I voiced my strong frustration at what appeared to be gross deception.
I was invited to call them to discuss it. The company seem to have been chasing Google for 2 weeks to fix an issue whereby free delivery appears on all products. I was offered delivery for £5, but declined it as I now have a bad taste for this company.
I have now seen a reply to my review. I would like to say, Thank you, and I hope you can fix this quickly

We apologise that your experience wasn’t up to your expectations.
Due to the nature and variation of our products. We are unable to provide a one price fits all delivery charge.
Due to being a Small family business, we use various couriers to delivery nationwide as well as our own vehicles depending on the order. We are in the process of trying to reflect this element on Google, due to the size of our product portfolio this takes time.
We appreciate your feedback and have taken onboard your comments to improve our service and customer experience going forward.
Prompt service
The original delivery was scheduled for 3 working days with a weekend in between. It actually arrived the next working day after ordering.
