Absolutely fantastic service. Got what we asked for, I missed something but they sent it for free. Speedy service and the most helpful customer service. Brilliant.

Great service! I had lost a screw and contacted customer service, who sent it for free!

I bought the Smoby BBQ and the instructions were diabolical! I’d sooner pay an extra £10 than have all of the parts that don’t go together very well! Three adults tried and struggled to follow the instructions and one screw was missing! I purposely chose Smoby thinking it would be sturdy and easy to assemble. The tap still doesn’t work! Avoid at all costs! Looks good on box but does not work properly! I’d never buy a Smoby product again!

Ordered product on the 16th June (a Fiday) for a birthday present. Paid the near on £10 delivery fee which states it will be delivered in 1-2 working days. Being that I ordered it over the weekend I was expecting it to arrive no later than Wednesday 21st June. Its now Thursday 29th June and there is still no sign of the £142 (including the £10 delivery fee) slide. There have been several phone calls to smoby (or Jacksons leisure supplies) and all have been quite unhelpful in tracking the slide down. Seeing as the birthday I ordered it for has now been and gone I see no point in continuing with the order and will be contacting smoby (or Jacksons leisure supplies) for a refund.

Terrible customer service.

Smobytoys are not official at all, despite using the Smoby branding. I'm not even sure if they have permission to use that, so that Trading Standards should be alerted.

I bought a playhouse kitchen add on. One of the parts arrived damaged and it has taken 2 months and I am still chasing for a new part.

Every time I call, I speak to someone who says they need to speak to Smoby and will get back to me and they never respond.

I have been calling for weeks since the item arrived damaged and my children still can't play with the item despite ordering it over 2 months ago.

The latest person to email, Tina, is now saying I need to contact Smoby directly and it's not their issue. I would think twice before buying from here, because they are quick to take your money but if there is a problem, they wipe their hands of helping you to resolve it.

I will say they had one decent person in their customer service team, Nathan, who did call back when he said he would. Otherwise, everyone else has just not bothered.

I will not be buying from them again and a complete risk to buy from them I would say.

Bought a Smoby playhouse on stilts which arrived yesterday, took about an hour 45 min to put together, once assembled we noticed a small crack on one of the side panels. We contacted seller (Argos) who gave us Smoby email, Leanne at Smoby responded to my email very quickly, politely and efficiently, gave her details requested, new panel and screws arrive tomorrow, in time for surprise for grandkids at weekend!

We purchased a Smoby Playhouse for our grandson’s Christmas. The build quality is excellent and it was not too difficult to put together. He loves it. When putting it together we managed to mislay a small part. All our fault. Contacted Smoby who have sent us a replacement part immediately. No charge and no questions asked. Brilliant service! Thank you Smoby.

Car les pièces sont fabriqué la bas j ai fais la demande le 18 o. Est le 23 elles sont arrivées dans ma boîte aux lettres je viens de remonter et ma 2eme pp fille est ravie et pas de gaspillage enfin une usine qui ne pousse pas à la conso ...casse jetté...jette....
J avais demander pour le paiement des pièces mais ne m on rien demandé

5 étoiles ne suffisent pas pour l'aide et la gentillesse de Smoby fr et Espagne.
Un tricycle Smoby cassé j'ai demandé en premier lieu le manuel d'instruction et celui du démontage.smoby fr m'a mis en contact avec Smoby Espagne car le produit était fabriqué là bas.une fois démonté j'ai constaté un câble usé,câble pas trouvable dans le marché ici. Ils sont eu la gentillesse de me l'envoyer par courrier et aujourd'hui je viens de tout remonter et j'ai a nouveau un trycicle évolutif parfaitement en état de marche.
Petite précision le tricycle à 4 ans du coup il était déjà hors garantie . La gentillesse existe c'est tout. Merci encore Smoby et merci à Madame Rosa Satoca - SAV

I recently purchased the Smoby 180902WEB Flextreme Starter Set for my grandson.
It is fantastic and definitely worth the price which was very reasonable!.
I dodnt expect the car to be able to scale the track in the way my grandson wanted (boys hey) but it climbed up no problem and whizzed round the track. Great for little ones as the car is clipped and secured onto the track so there is no risk of it flying off.
The car has headlights and the track has several colour options so you can piece them together how you wish.
One or two peices dont seem to fix in quite as tightly as others but that i guess is the downside of plug in pieces.
Very happy with this product!

I ordered a playhouse from the company to originally think I'd been scammed once again only to find out it's fedexs fault, kas and liz have gone above and beyond for me and save my children's Christmas. These ladies are a credit to the company. Hopefully my playhouse will arrive today if FedEx doesn't mess it up again. Thankyou to these ladies you really have saved Christmas ❤️ phone lines are abit slow but the staff are helpful when answered

I would avoid this make at all costs. We bought the slide and climbing wall for our daughter. I emailed them with safety concerns as there are huge gaps on the top tier of this that a child could easily fall and injure themselves. I am really surprised they are allowed to sell this product, secondly, the hose attachment for the waterslide is just a straight tube, no hose attachment and wont even fit a standard hose over it therefor its useless. This is a £200 slide which i wouldnt pay £20 for now, im yet to get an email or phone call reply regarding the safety issues. I would never buy this brand again and would not recommend them to anyone looking.
Terrible company

I bought Smoby Toys Cars 3 Workbench for my four year old. We put it together and the build was fine. However there was one bag of parts missing from the box. I wrote to Smoby Toys customer service in UK with the part number of the missing items. No response. I wrote again. No response.
My experience: product is basically fine but quality control and customer service at Smoby Toys is very poor.
