I ordered late, well after closing time and still received my delivery in good time and from a cheerful driver to boot, despite dragging him out of bed!

We understand your frustration that the parcel wasn't able to be delivered that day.
Unfortunately, our driver was unable to get a response at the door and the package wouldn't fit through your letterbox. They also tried contacting you by phone but were unsuccessful.
So for save keeping our parcel was returned back to our store.
