Dissapointed
Smokey joes is usually really good. I have ordered from them quite a lot although my past 2 deliveries I have been dissapointed hence the score. 3 of my disposable vapes have burnt out within less than a day. They have plenty of life in them one I only used for around 2 hours before it burnt out. I messaged Smokey joes via Facebook and initially received a response saying they will look into this although I have not heard back from them. I messaged again the next day and still have not had anyone contact me. Delivery is very quick but unfortunately I have had to give only 2 stars because of the issue above.

Firstly I would like to apologise for the experience that you may have encountered with us. I went through our log files and searched Facebook messenger. Unfortunately, I could not trace any conversation on Smokey Joes Vapes Company profile on the request you mentioned when you mentioned that you messaged us.
Typically when this situation arises, and we have had contact with the customer, we usually try to manage the problem as soon as possible and resolve the issue instantly. However, after going through our website messaging tool and Facebook messenger and cannot see any trace of a conversation with you regarding this order. I have spoken to staff members this morning, and nobody was aware of your situation until we saw the review so clearly, that something has gone wrong in this instance.
Please could you ring the warehouse on 01908 803166 and our staff will promptly resolve your situation?
Unfortunately, disposables are mass-produced; occasionally, a batch of disposables could have filtered into the retail supply chain. This may explain why there may be a few disposables you may have recently purchased that may not have performed as expected.
