Smokin' Brothers is an artisan smokehouse in the Cotswolds, founded by three Italian friends and supplying premium smoked salmon to high end restaurants restaurants including Michelin starred, independent delis, and home customers across the UK. We smoke responsibly farmed Scottish salmon from Wester Ross, and also offer an organic range; both salmon are raised to strict welfare, 100% natural feed, and the highest environmental standards. Every side is hand-cured, slow-smoked over juniper, beech and oak, and hand-trimmed in our Cotswolds smokehouse. Excellent smoked fish!
Ordering was easy.
Delivery was on time and neatly packed. I ordered smoked trout and various smoked salmon to try and they were very high quality. I would definitely order again. Highly recommended.
My only minor complaint is that the delivery company does not knock on the door. They left the package at the front door and I only realised it was there when I got an email notification saying it was delivered.

Fantastic Flavours

Really good quality smoked salmon.
I really enjoyed the smoked Salmon I ordered for myself as a Christmas treat. Far superior to even the finest Supermarket salmons which can tend to have a tough texture. I collected my order to save on postage costs - beware this place is very tricky to find. I will definitely be back for some more soon.
