Quite possibly the worst communication I’ve had with any supplier. Someone else said the same thing and they bullied that person and I think had the review taken down, but Frank, the company rep, doesn’t respond to emails at all. Just pure laziness. Truly an awful sales rep being that that is his role. The worst communication by far. Avoid this place at all costs.

SMP Nutra are scammers who haven’t delivered my product after 1 year! I was promised delivery in 8-10 weeks, but I still don’t have it. They refuse to refund and have told many lies and caused endless delays. Stay away from this company!

I have had a remarkable experience with my team at SMP! Both Frank & John have been at my side every step of the way. Whether it was R&D, Formulations, Education- they have proven to be the best. This is a quality team with quality products & service.

I have ordered multiple times and it seemed like the customer service and order turn time steadily got worse. I wrote the first order to being new to working together, but the next failed attempts were definitely on my contact and lead of sales Mike Tripodi and their entire teams lack of attention to detail.

We started our last and final order on December 8th, 2023 and still did not have ready product to ship in early May. This was supposedly a stock product that was on the shelf ready to go. After having well over $10k of deposits tied up for over 5 months, I finally had enough and pulled out.

Please do not trust them with your business needs. Biggest disappointment in the supplement space, I honestly do not see how they are still in business

Their prices and costs are very fair and they have quick turnaround times.

My experience with Supplement Manufacturing Partners Inc. (SMP) has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. As a small business owner, I entrusted SMP with the production of my products, but their lack of communication, delays, and unprofessionalism have caused me significant stress, financial loss, and inconvenience.

From the outset, communication with SMP was poor. Despite repeated attempts to address concerns and seek clarification, responses were either delayed or nonexistent. The lack of transparency and accountability left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer.

After paying the invoice in July 2023, the process only spiraled downhill. Delays in sample approval, unresponsive customer service, and vague promises about completion dates further exacerbated the situation. Despite assurances from SMP representatives, including Mike and John J. Riccobono, my order remains undelivered to this day.

The prolonged delay in receiving my order has had severe consequences for my business. I have been unable to fulfill customer orders, resulting in lost revenue and damage to my reputation. Moreover, the stress and uncertainty caused by SMP's incompetence have taken a toll on my mental well-being.

In addition to the lack of communication and delays, the attitude displayed by SMP representatives, particularly John J. Riccobono, was unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite my attempts to seek clarification and resolution, I was met with dismissiveness and arrogance.

Overall, my experience with SMP has been a nightmare. Their failure to fulfill their obligations has not only caused financial hardship but also emotional distress. I urge other small business owners to exercise caution when dealing with SMP and to consider alternative options to avoid similar pitfalls.

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and integrity displayed by SMP, and I hope that my review serves as a warning to others in the business community.
