Beautiful make up pouch in very attractive packaging. It would make an excellent present. The service was very good with a prompt delivery. Highly recommended.

Very good service at point of sale, but impossible to contact upon return. Indeed a smaller size coat, but no response to email and tried call the. boutique x 3 but no response.

I have sourced the coat in the size I need from another Boutique, it was very frustrating not to be able to sue Smudge for the replacement and they have consequently lost a sale!!

However, a beautifully packed parcel with a lovely friendly note, which was much appreciated

I had never heard of Smudge before but was sent the link by a friend. I would not only use again but would wholly recommend. A fast delivery, a friendly note inside and I didnt know they were actually based in my home city! I will hopefully visit the store at some time soon.

Really good Smudge the shop came up on the Trouva site with the product I was after as it was sold out most other places. Smudge provided great service.

As a first time user and I am very pleased with the service,really pleased with my Handbag and necklace. Glad I have found somewhere that sells Nunoo bags in the uk, but don’t think my husband will be! Looking forward to seeing the new A/W fashions too .

International order arrived within 10 days in perfect condition with the dress just as described and pictured on website. Decided to exchange for smaller size. Communicated via email and was replied to within a couple of hours. The store held my smaller size dress for me until they received back my exchange dress. Updates of airmail tracking was fabulous. They made the whole exchange process easy and affordable. Great communication from the team kept my worries about receiving the dress internationally at ease! Thank you so much smudge!
