I signed up for the mentorship course and found it so useful that I am now studying the PGcert in MSK ultrasonography at the University College of Osteopathy. The course is intense, it is well structured and Chris, Robert and Francesca are very supportive. If you want to work towards competency and eventually expertise in this area don’t hesitate to sign up.

Hi Mathilde - I’m afraid you are reviewing the wrong Smug. We produced hand sewn face masks as a social enterprise - your experience was with www.sleepsmug,com - they are a totally different company producing low grade sleep masks. Please can you remove the review when time! They don’t have a Trustpilot account as their products are clearly not worthy of positive review! If you read our other 500 reviews you will see they are about face masks coverings not eye masks!

fit was fairly good but breathability was extremely poor to the point its not usable.

Hi Iain - you may find that loosening the toggles and nose clip to ensure a partial vacuum is not created and air can circulate freely may help. We've also emailed you to see if we can help. Team Smug.

Brilliant mask
Brilliant mask. I have bought many substandard and ill- fitting masks over the last few months (I commute by train) and this is by far and away the best. Great fit and feels very secure. Thankyou☺️

Best mask I've had
Best mask I've had, and I've tried plenty. Very breathable and it doesn't touch your mouth so your not eating the fabric every time you speak. Ordered the black and now ordered a light blue one.

Smug masks are great! They fit well, allow you to breathe easy, all packaging is biodegradable, I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent quality
Very quick delivery, and the face mask is good quality. This is the second mask I have bought from them and I highly recommend them. They are very comfortable to wear and easy to clean.

It’s the best mask I’ve bought so far, adjustable loops and comfortable to wear. Gets a bit damp after a couple of hours but so do all the rest.
Took a while to arrive but that’s down to the post.

Breath in
It’s the only mask I can breathe comfortably for longer periods of time (at work). I got one as a present and bought another two colours. Really good quality. Thank you for making wearing masks easier! xx
