Quite Poor
Updates with parcel were very unclear as to whether it had wen shipped or not. Received package and was missing items. Tried MULTIPLE times to email them and get the rest of the items I paid for still haven’t got a reply weeks after my initial delivery. Very dissatisfied with the service and not receiving all my items that I paid for. Once again no response to my emails and still haven’t received any further items or money back.

Packed Very Badly
Badly packed, multiple packets of ramen/noodles were shoved into a box not meant for that many items.
Multiple packets popped, all crushed from being “manhandled”.
Would not recommend!
(That said was delivered very quickly and by an exceptionally polite young gentleman).

Data Protection Breach - Started Contacting Me From Personal Accounts
They had run out of the product I ordered and already paid for, but it was the correspondence after this that was really unprofessional.
They used the mobile number I had to supply when placing the order to then WhatsApp me from a personal mobile (gaining access to my profile picture/status) and then emailing me from a personal email account telling me to “check my WhatsApp”. At no point did they use a business email or number.
I never consented to have my personal information used in this way, and it’s a completed breach of GDPR.
This is entirely aside from the fact they sold me an item they didn’t even actually have in stock.

firstly the reason why you was contacted by the owner was due to the fact that staff had unfortunately fallen ill and the owner had to contact you, and as he could not get access to the business accounts had to take take it upon himself to get in touch with you regarding your order using his details. As he did want to resolve the matter that we did not have your product in stock due to company error. he sent you a email after a waiting for a period of time and did not hear from you sent the same message. once he did not hear from you they refunded you and closed the order.
the following message was sent:
"Hi ya you placed an order with snackalot for the Encona Sauce, unfortunately there has been an admin error and we would like to apologies for not Having the products
We would like to compensate for the inconvenience so please choose an alternative from here let me know which one you would like and it’s free we will refund you for the other one and your postage" with an image of 7 other different sauces to choose from.
We did not sell you the product as we did not have it in stock and due to this error we contacted you to offer a replacement at no charge and full refund.
We are sorry that you felt that we breached GPDR, our privacy policy and terms of service explains in details of the methods we use to contact if any errors or access issues we have.
We have been selling online for a year and have always used our business number and email, it was unfortunate staff fell ill and you had to be contacted in this way. So your order was not delayed any further.
Once again we are sorry that you felt that we breached the GDPR and our service was not up to its standard.

I was reluctant to order from here but they had some items that I wanted and the price was good, not like other site charging so much.
My parcel came on time packaged well no issue.
Glad a gave them a chance saved quite a bit of money too.

What we received was good. But...
I chose to order from here rather than elsewhere to get a bag of cheetos for my partner. I also ordered a few snacks to go alongside to make the delivery fee worth it. After ordering, I got an email refunding me for the cheetos due to them being out of stock and then saying my item had been dispatched (therefore I couldn't cancel). This then meant I had to order from somewhere else to get what I wanted and ended up paying for delivery twice. It happens I guess, but very frustrating at the same time.
The snacks that we did get were nice. Well packaged and there was a complimentary mask and pen in the box which made us giggle. It's just a shame that I ultimately ended up paying a lot of money to get what I wanted.

I ordered five of the pumpkin seeds and was notified of a refund but no explanation as to why. I understand stock depletion etc and guessed that was the reason but it would have been nice and felt more considerate for someone from customer service to send an email ahead of time explaining that they did not have the required amount in stock and therefore would be issuing a refund for this reason without me having to email and ask why. I did appreciate the reply and apology however.
Aside from that very happy with the product, packaging and the little extras put it in to the box. It was a nice touch.

Although service was prompt after receiving our order we sent an email about a couple of items received that were open upon delivery.
They have not contacted me at all not even to apologise.
