No contact from your company for over 2 weeks after I ordered. I contacted you five times via phone message, email and on your app. I never received a response. Once I had my bank dispute the charge with your company, only then did you refund my $140. Poor communication, poor customer service, and unreliability.

No communication. No customer service. No product. Nothing shipped. Charged credit card and did nothing. I attempted multiple times to inquire about the shipment and NEVER received a response. Waited for more than TWO weeks for an update, never heard anything, until the order got canceled almost three weeks after being charged.

One bottle out of four was broken and got all over the rest of the contents,and I emailed twice and got no response or reply.

My Dark chocolate covered coffee beans came in melted. I have contacted the company multiple times but I have not gotten any response.

Affordable and delicious. Items arrived quickly and well packaged. Excellent.

They canceled mine purchase without notifications, nor reasons for. They refunded by delay than immediately. If for lack of inventory; illegal inventory of stock. Likely violations noth discussing with tge customers fore canceling their purchase. Careless & neglect, lack communications.

I never have any issues when I order from this company and my items are always delivered when it is suppose to be. I've been loving these syrups and molasses for such a long time and the taste hasn't changed at all. I can only say my HATS off to you and your company. Don't call it a small company because to me its a BLESSED COMPANY.

I never received my item, multiple emails and no response from the company to file a claim with the post office. I filed my own missing package request with USPS but with the mail boxes here are a multi port community mail box. I don't see them recovering the lost item.

You very well know what's went wrong. How many times do I have to mention that 🤔

The Butter Toffee Pecans are the best I have found. The only criticism I have is the constantly out of stock as well as the extended fulfilment times.

The product was late and I sent multiple emails and never heard anything back. The item was not time sensitive in any way but it would have been nice to hear back.

I was happy with my order a couple of years ago but now they don't respond to website messages or emails. Have they turned to a scam? Look at their Facebook page and it went from frequent updates to none since 5th September 2022. Something looks extremely dodgy.

Excellent product and affordable pricing!

I chose Snackathon specifically to support a smaller business over Amazon, but the experience was a failure in both logistics and service. After my order failed to ship within a reasonable several-week lead time, I reached out via email to cancel the order and request a refund.

​My request was completely ignored. Despite their claim of a 24-hour response time, multiple emails went unanswered, and my attempts to reach them by phone were unsuccessful as no one ever picked up. The item eventually shipped over a month after the order was placed, long after I had asked to cancel. If you have any other option for your purchase, I recommend using it to avoid these communication and shipping issues.

Never received item. Emailed twice with no reply. No customer service.
