Caution: They do a good initial repair; however, in my experience, the repair on ceramics like sinks wears off after a few years. Push your developer to replace the sink rather than repair it!

Update: Lots of emails, no goodwill—just a 1-year warranty. For items meant to last 10+ years, demand a replacement from your developer.

Matt from Snag Doctor, North East London recently repaired my laminate kitchen work surface which had been damaged by a minor fire. I decided to use Matt to do the job as he was excellent at communicating from the beginning of my contact with him. After agreeing to a date and time for his visit, he kept me informed of his expected time of arrival throughout the day which was very helpful as I knew when to expect him. He was very friendly, courteous and helpful and explained what the job entailed. I was more than happy with the end result and the repair isn’t even visible. I had thought I’d have to pay to get the old work top removed and replaced so this repair has saved me a lot of money, time and inconvenience. I have no hesitation in recommending Matt to do your repairs.

I live in South Yorkshire so when I contacted Snag Doctor they gave me Stuart’s details who replied more or less straight away. Sturat then quoted me a price after I sent him pictures of the kitchen cabinets I needed touching up where the paint has come off and booked me in. On the day Matt P arrived on time and did an outstanding job. My kitchen looks like new. I will be definitely using snag doctor again should I have any more issues and I will recommend the service to my neighbors.

Have used West Yorkshire Snag Doctor's Karl on several occasions to fix a chip in my oven and hob, as well as a tile crack and some floorboard discolouring. Karl is meticulous in his attention to detail and all the repairs are fantastic and now not visible. Communication is also always excellent and prompt. So helpful to have this service and avoid expensive replacements. Would highly recommend!

Called Snag Doctor, East Yorkshire and was helped by Stuart &Josh. From start to finish the process was quick, easy and seamless. We had an issue with our 5 small areas of our laminate flooring and were all set to reluctantly replace the full bungalow flooring. However Stuart reassured us that the damage could be repaired at a fraction of the cost. Josh did an amazing job, true artistry blending the colouring and design. The scuffs and a couple of very large chips are now undetectable, and the floor will last us a few more years now. Thanks for all your help guys

Excellent service from Jake, a technician from Snag Doctor Southwest, who were called in to tend to what looked like scaffolding damage, on UPVC frames at our new Redrow home. He was punctual, a good communicator, courteous, tidy and made an excellent job on the damage.

Used snag doctor West Yorkshire to fix our limestone fireplace which we had chipped, a couple of blemishes/chips in our bath and chips in our granite kitchen work top. We are delighted with the results everything looks great. Very efficient and friendly service and a good price. Would highly recommend - this is one number I’m defo hanging on to.

Richard and Jason were sent by a telecom company’s insurer to repair a house brick that had been damaged. Honestly, they were fantastic. Real craftsmen. The repair is completely invisible now and we are delighted. Highly recommend them . They were also very nice chaps!
