The customer service is wonderful

The customer service is wonderful. I had minor damage from the delivery (I think they dropped it or stacked stuff on it even though it was packed exceptionally well). Anyway, SnapCycle dealt very well with resolving it. And the bike is a lot of fun.

Awesome folding bike

The bicycles are really well built and well thought out. They ride very nice, very comfortable and very stable. Only issue as of right now is they don’t make a basket or rack. If they had that they are the perfect bike.
