Mocha doormat
The doormat I received was of decent quality and price, the problem was in the photo on your website the doormat looks dark brown which is what we wanted but the mocha mat
we received looks nothing like the website picture.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I'm so sorry to hear your only had a 2-star experience shopping with us and that the mat wasn't the colour you had anticipated.
The images we use for the mats were supplied by the manufacturer, and I must admit we took the colour accuracy on face value. In light of your experience however, I will be looking to add some additional images to more closely reflect the true colours of the mats
I can only apologise for any inconvenience caused, and hope you managed to get sorted for a suitable door mat in the meantime.

Having been let down badly by a…
Having been let down badly by a well,known company and waited four weeks for my purchase I went searching the internet and found Snape and Sons and can only express my gratefulness for the service and support from them. Second to none would be a fair assessment from start to finish. Constant contact, quick reply to any questions I may have had and in this day and age this is a rare thing. Thank you Snape and Sons for yur service

This was the first time I had bought anything from Snape and Sons. It was a very good experience! I bought bathroom scales for much less than in other places and they turned up very quickly. Exactly when I was told they would. I recommend this company!

Mechanical Scale 5kg
Scales are perfect, just as described. Only gave 4stars as I paid for next day delivery and didn’t receive it on the expected day. It may be my mistake on delivery but thought because I ordered before 2pm I would have received it the next working day.

I'm glad to hear that you're happy with your purchase, even if it didn't arrive when you had expected.
Checking your order details, it looks like the order came in just after our same day dispatch cut-off of 2pm, unfortunately. It was however was dispatched on time the following day with delivery completed the next working day as expected. We have tried to make the delivery times as clear as possible on the website, but if you have any further feedback on how this could be improved, I'd love to hear from you.
