I was honestly so impressed with the quality of the figures and how closely they matched the photos I sent. I absolutely loved it—without a doubt, it’s an amazing gift 🫶🏻✨

Was very disappointed. After sending my order and approving the design via email, I waited about 4 weeks for my order. It looked nothing like what I was shown. I paid a lot and waited a long time and it was so unlike what I was expecting. They said they would provide a remedy but I still have yet to hear back. This was supposed to be a memento for my dog that passed last month and I was so looking forward to it. I am awaiting an acceptable response and resolution. I paid over $100 for this item. It isn’t worth $1.

We loved our figurine! Not to mention the team itself, they are very helpful. The figurine would be a perfect gift for anyone, from friends to family.

I sent in 2 photos of my guinea pigs, for momentos seeing they are getting on in age. I am extremely disappointed in the quality and construction of my key rings.

My first guinea pig is brown, white and black. His key ring colours don't even match, and the figurine makes him look like a rat, with a rabbit tail. It doesn't even match the AI image sample.

My second guinea pig is fully black. This one is better, however, there's no texture and he also doesn't match the image.

3D printing if done well allows for texture. These are not work $60USD at all. They are solid, but poor quality considering they are solely for custom figurines, which they also state no returns or refunds for dissatisfaction. This company does not pride themselves on quality custom figurines.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect when we ordered this figurine—but it completely blew us away. This was made to capture the moment I proposed to my fiancée, and the level of detail is just incredible.
From the way we were positioned, to the outfits, to the little details that made that moment ours—they got everything right. It feels like we’re reliving that exact moment every time we look at it.
You can tell a lot of care and craftsmanship went into this. It’s not just a figurine—it’s a memory brought to life. If you’re looking for something meaningful and personal, this is 100% worth it. We’ll cherish this forever.

These figures turned out better than I could have imagined. They look just like the images I provided and my kids thought they were so fun. They are currently on display in their bedrooms (after they brought them to school to show their friends, of course).

This is such an amazing company!! Not only are the figurines SO cute, look exactly like my children & are a perfect keepsake to always remember them when they were this little but the company itself is so amazing! They always went out of their way to make sure I was accommodated & always aware of my shipping details & making sure I received my product. They were such a dream to work with & I’m so happy I got to receive such meaningful figurines ❤️

Fantastic likeness! I sent a photo of my dog and me, and they got the fur texture and my smile just right. It’s the centerpiece of my desk now.
