I enquired about the training academy and was called by Frankie who was really pushy on the phone. She made me sign a ‘medical waiver’ and sign up for finance of £1500 whilst on the phone with an agreement to transfer £1500 by bank transfer after the call. She waited on the phone whilst I completed the finance application with no option to review the terms or read any form of contract. The finance was accepted there and then and I was forced to pay £125 via Open Banking. She booked some clinics on the phone with me but after I got off the call I felt like I had been pushed into it without reading any of the information. So I decided to cancel the finance agreement and did not transfer the remaining £1500, especially after reading the reviews on Trust Pilot where I had some real concerns over handing over any further money.
I received an email from the finance company agreeing to cancel the finance under the 14 day cooling off period but they stated I still owed £1375 directly to Snatch and Glow in one email and then a further email today a different amount of £1370. I emailed Snatch and Glow immediately after the call yesterday to cancel and received no response. I sent a further email today to confirm I wished to cancel the ‘waiver’ or contract under the Consumer Rights Act and have not received a response.
This company pressure you into signing things, don’t provide you with a contract and label it as a medical waiver and so all of this while you’re on the call with them which breaches any kind of contract law.
Avoid Avoid Avoid - do not give them a single penny of your money if you want to see it again.

I had hip dip filler and bum filler here about 1 year ago I have just seen them come up on my Facebook again and wanted to put my 2 pence in because the agony I was in was unbearable, I started passing out one of the workers young daughters came and held my hand they had a course going on in the waiting room no privacy so everyone could see through a glass screen me with my clothes off absolutely no results just swelling for the first few days and gone, god knows what they injected me with they were so unprofessional the salon was ghetto I traveled all the way from Wiltshire to London and paid a significant amount for absolutely nothing, I cried in pain waiting for my uber back to the train station. A lady I made friends with (while waiting hours because i was treated by the same people running the course, no organisation!) was from a similar area to me and was saying how poor the course was. Absolutely avoid

They hound you when you first enquire about the course to get you enrolled and then go off grid when you have payed for the course.

You cannot get hold of them when trying to book in your practical courses/ any questions about your course work.

I have attempted to contact them numerous times through the customer service number provided, and the academy platform.

Unfortunately, I have received no response from any channel.

My online course is not accessible, and the platform is now displaying a message stating that the servers have shut down.

None of my submitted work has been marked, and I am unable to continue with any part of the programme.

I am not even a month into the course, and this situation falls significantly below the standards and expectations set out at the point of purchase.

I have requested a full refund, but once again no response.

Absolutely terrible Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this training academy based on my experience.

I paid for my courses in full, but the communication throughout was very poor. I didn’t even get the opportunity to complete all of the courses I had paid for, and despite paying for the training, I never received my certificates.

I also had issues obtaining a refund. I have received £2,400 back, but £300 of my initial payment remains unreimbursed.

Overall, I feel very disappointed with the service I received. I paid for training and expected clear communication, access to the courses I had paid for, and the certificates I was entitled to receive. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I would strongly recommend making sure you fully understand the course arrangements, what is included, certificate arrangements and refund terms before paying.

Do not use
They are super helpful until they hound you to sign documents and promise an appointment then once signed there isn’t an appointment available and they already have your deposit
They then do not repspond

Trying to get a response to get my money back

Don't ever come here, they have given me permanent nerve damage, I've had a bruise for 3 months, it didn't even work I still have hip dips and also I got an infection I was shivering, I just didn’t feel cared for at all.

I’d like to clarify my experience further.

There were no written instructions or home care advice provided to me at any point. I had to ask questions myself to understand what was happening, which I believe should have been explained clearly without me needing to prompt.

I was in pain during the process and was not given any proper opportunity to recover afterwards. Instead, I was asked to sit outside while it felt like there was a rush to move on to the next patient.

The overall experience felt very rushed. I wasn’t shown the ingredients used, but again, without proper explanation. There was also a strong focus on getting me to sign forms on the iPad quickly, rather than ensuring I was comfortable and informed. I was told I would see results, but unfortunately, there has been no result at all, and the outcome was not as promising as expected.

Overall, I felt unsupported, rushed, and not properly cared for during my visit.

This was the worst experience of my life had bum filler and they injected it intramuscular WAS THE MOST PAINFUL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. ENDED UP IN HOSPITAL and was bleeding out had to be put on antibiotics and they had to get all of the filler out I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone it was so scary and I was genuinely fearing for my life this experience has scared me so much

The practitioners at beckenham snatch & glow are amazing , I've had lip filler and tear trough filler and botox. Very happy and staff are friendly ❤️ Debs/delta

Evita is absolutely incredible! She genuinely listens to my concerns, takes her time, and explains everything while making me feel so comfortable. Taking this company to court, for breaching “contract” purchased a course for £850 and I am stuck paying that every month. Cancelled on me on the same day saying practitioner was unwell gave the benefit of the doubt then verbally told me to attend at a set date then Provided no info made me travel to a so called centre for no course to be taking place a week later. Scammed me fully. No responses on emails cut my calls and ignored emails. If there is anyone else that has gone through this can reply to this to get in touch with me and we can sort this out together make a case against them and get our money back.

Was 3 hrs out of cancelling would not refund, ghosted as no responses, avoid as do not seem legitimate company.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
WhatsApp off several different accounts to confuse things, rearranged my appointment from Thursday to Saturday - Friday at 5pm messaged to say Cockfosters no longer in business and to go to Islington - requested refund now no one is taking accountability. Paid £125 prior to my appointment and no one is coming back to me about a refund. Thieves.

I booked a lip filler treatment through the academy, understanding that it is a training environment and results may vary. However, after the procedure and once the initial swelling subsided, there was absolutely no visible difference in my lips at all.

This is not a matter of subtle preference — there is genuinely no result.

When I raised this concern, I was told that I did not pay for a result, only for the application of product, and that no review or correction would be offered unless I paid again.

While I understand that academy treatments do not guarantee perfection, I believe it is reasonable to expect at least some visible outcome from 1ml of filler. Instead, I feel I paid for a treatment with zero effect and no support afterwards.

I was also concerned about the level of cleanliness in the treatment room, which did not feel appropriate for a procedure of this kind.
Overall, I found the experience disappointing and would advise others to carefully consider before booking.

Utterly appalled. Booked me for an appointment, took a considerable deposit and received a confirmation email. Drove an hour to arrive to two students looking at me like I was crazy. There was no appointment. Spent half an hour arguing about a refund they were saying would take 14/21 days!! No chance. Requested refund from the bank and refused to leave u til it was sorted.
Absolute shambles.

Phone lines and WhatsApp all disconnected no touch up as promised with fake Botox that never worked

I’ve just left a review on Google, and me like an idiot, did not think to check these people out on the reviews firsthand. After reading everyone’s reviews it completely makes sense that my particular experience isn’t unique.

They are clearly a scam company.

I’ve booked in for a treatment and they cancelled on sad day of the treatment.

I paid for a deposit-although it wasn’t much-but it’s the principal.

Whoever it was that I was speaking to claimed I wouldn’t be able to get a refund and try to offer a rescheduling of a week later. A week later! That is absolutely ridiculous.

On top of that they’ve been ignoring my messages.

Well, I guess I paid for someone’s lunch.

Bunch of thief’s ! Brought a course and requested to cancel the next day and get a refund and they are now ignoring my text messages, I do not even have money to eat because I paid a £300 deposit for the course, they are so unprofessional and I have already taken it further to my solicitor, this company is a complete joke and needs to be shut down
Stay away if you want professionalism

Avoid at all costs, cancelled my training as it’s not at all what they tell you. Had to go through the bank to get my money back. 3/4 years later I’m still getting monthly messages to sign up and complete my course - all from different numbers. Desperate for business.

I signed up for a course i paid with finance.
I cancelled after 3 days.
Was very very hard but i got cancellation and cancellation email from them.
After i found out that they forgot to advice me about the separate refund email and they forgot to refund to the finance company.
I wrote them yesterday and today on WhatsApp and email about the forgotten refund email and the forgotten refund.
They read my WhatsApp and ignored.
They ignoring my legal rights.
I need go again to solicitor and raise a complaint.
They are very unprofessional especially when is about cancellation and refund.
