Take way to long to receive orders. Ordered April 2nd, we on April 11th and the item still has not shipped. Yet they sent tracking from the 8th but it is still in there possession. Would i order from them again? Definitely not, would i recommend? Definitely not. It 2026 no way it takes 3 weeks to receive some shirts in the mail domestically. So i filed a dispute with my card company, the company then messaged me right away via text (kind if weird) that they received a dispute. Then claimed that i should receive it in 2 days, but when i checked the tracking this morning it shows it was electronically scanned on the 10th. So in other words they still have not given it to my carrier. At this point once i receive it i believe i will be telling the carrier to return to sender. Kind of ridiculous ship time coming from Arizona or anywhere in the US. You guys sell products but it seems like you fail to tell the customers that these products are not ready to ship. I guess they are made as orders come in. Not sure but either way its poor business practice.

Everything was perfect! Customer service went above and beyond to correct a previous order that was not received. Not only did they deliver my current order, but let me pick two new shirts to replace an older order and upgraded to free expedited shipping. Shirts arrived in record time and came out beautiful!! I’d give more stars if I could!!

They are most definitely scamming people. The only way I've seen to get your order processed is to call and have that charge reversed. But unfortunately 1st Convenience Bank no longer does that. Therefore I was scammed for roughly $120 (Last March). If you're thinking about buying....DON'T DO IT!!! You'll thank me later.

I placed an order on March 28th and it's now July 13th and yet to receive my order. I've reached out on numerous times by text. No response and no refund. Up until this experience I received my pervious orders. One time is enough and these people will never get a cent from me again.

Sneaker match tees are scamming people. I placed a order April 3,2025 and it's May 19,2025 and my order still haven't even been packed and shipped yet. I spent $60 and got horrible service!
I emailed them about my order 3 times and got no response. No text no email back.
Obviously these people are choosing to rob people instead of doing honest decent business.
I've contacted my bank also on the matter. Sneaker match tees are "SCAMMERS" bottom line!!! Stay away from this company!

This place of business is a scam. I’ve sent them a ton of messages on the number provided for contact and no answer for 2 months even though the messages were said to be read by them on my iPhone. I ordered an 5 shirts and nothing was sent to me not even a response nor a refund. Do not trust this fake company or you will be scammed.

Shirt didn’t fit as I expected it to, the website makes it look like it’s a different quality and fit. tried to contact customer service multiple times through there texts, emails and website form and get absolutely no response.

I was skeptical at first, but I love my shirts. They fit perfectly will definitely order from them again.

Their product is good material my only issue is that the black NBA t shirt with Jordan Jumpman with pistol I bought.the ink is very light where as I can see the shirt material through the colors. My advice is for whomever prints the logos be generous with the ink....

This company is the worst. No text or email response. 3-7 business days is a joke. Ive been waiting over 4 weeks. SMH. There are way better companies out here. Don't waist your time save your money. Look elsewhere

Ordered a t-shirt over 18 days ago never came however payment has been taken out. The have a 480 number to text to receive help from your order. Never got a response back. I've had items come from China that has taken less time then this.

Ordered a t-shirt through their website. Put in the payment details- declined. No reason for this as funds available.
Checked my credit card details and the payment had been taken, even though the order didn't go through.
No telephone number for their customer services, just a mobile number for texts (they're based in the US and I live in the UK) and a 'contact us' section on their website.
