Paid £275 for a pair of trainers, was taking a little while to get any shipping information so emailed and received an email back to say they had been shipped and and email was sent, never received an email so asked for a confirmation email to be resent which it was, this was great, upon tracking this parcel delivering through Royal Mail to this day continues to show as “we’re expecting it” I have sent emails to the company and now receive no correspondence at all and not expecting to receive any parcel! Ordered 3/11/23 Not received by 19/11/23 dispute with bank now in progress to get my money back! Not sure where all these lovely positive reviews come from but my experience is poor and wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

Edit. Since posting this it puts my location in the US this is not the case I am based in the UK

After 3 weeks of waiting for my trainers to be delivered they have eventually arrived, since originally posting this review the company almost 2 weeks after zero correspondence received an email to say they had been delivered and asked me to change my review! I however received the wrong size. A size 6 eur39 were delivered however I ordered a size 6 eur40 meaning these are slightly small! Once my issue has been fully resolved I am happy to rewrite my entire review with my final experience as still at this moment it hasn’t been the best. speaking with a member of this company over a phone call would be the best way to get to the bottom of all issues.

Edit: sent trainers back! Company won’t respond to bank dispute to cancel and have the trainers back with themselves, so unable to refund £275 they Wanted myself to cancel it, have tried and my bank says no so back to being ignored and then they have flagged this review as untrue trying to get it taken down from the site by trust-pilot! This is a true review of my experience with this company and it is still not over.

6th December today and still no further forward.

From ordering to receiving it was around 6 days mark. Can’t fault the service what so ever. I’ve been searching for this ‘Nike tn Berlin’ for a while. But very tough to get hold of. These guys sourced me them. Perfect when I seen them. 10/10 service.

Not going to lie I was very sceptical about buying from here as I have never herd of them before. I orderd the neck face dunks and dint know if they would be fake. I no nothing about fakes but all the DQ CODES match up and no funny smells the shoes just smell fresh and new. Doesn't seam to be any defect on the trainers and come with extra patches. This is how I assume the would come direct from manufacturer. Box seams good and even the paper inside is all neck face images printed all over it. All seams good for me and would definitely order again. The only small criticism I have is it took a week to come but is what it is its only because I was impatient.

Ordered Nike Dunks and they arrived in 2 days. They are absolutely amazing!

The shoes came within a week, good quality, few tiny marks here n there but overall same as you would get when buying retail.

First time customer. Delivery was a little late but arrived well packed. Happy with product - so happy overall. Would definitely use again.

Had issue with first pair lost in transit via Royal Mail, a replacement was sent, however didn’t fit, have been sent back for refund :)
