Absolute joke. Paid £185 for a pair of air max 95’s - came fake.

Shoes took a while to come! When received I already had the same shoes to compare to! They was the lowest quality rep I’ve ever seen in my life!! This shoe was a instant wow look at that copy with some
Cheap chinease socks on top! Got a refund after paying for postage to send back myself! Garenteed Vietnam specials!

Do not buy from here then sell fake items and then don't send return labels also the picture of the blue vapour max with gold was totally different to when they came and the trainer had no tags also they say their sending return tags and they don't they ignore you

I bought a pair of trainers and within 3 days the sole started coming off them. I contacted them for a refund and they said they cannot accept the refund unless I have the original box. By law they have to accept a return if an item is faulty never will I use them again

Shocking customer service and looks like an online scam. Ordered £128 Nike air max 90 duck camo trainers on the 14th July the store said my order was dispatched int he 16th July 2025. It is now the 24th July and my order still says dispatched the customer service is shocking they do not answer phones and won’t reply to email. Royal Mail have received no information to deliver my order from the seller. Angry upset customer please people don’t order from these scam websites.

If i could give 0 stars I would stay away from this company they are fake poorly made shabby crap trainers £115 for a pair of £40 trainers i will be taking it further absolutely disgusting STAY CLEAR OF THEM!!!!!!!

Ordered trainers only to be told (days later when I emailed them) that the trainers in fact were not in stock! How they can advertise trainers they DONT have is bad enough but then they took 3 days and numerous emails from myself to even begin the process of a refund!

Do not order from these people scammers all over. Customer service is awful haven’t even received my pair of shoes only one and the pair that came are fake and have came from china

I ordered some trainers from this Company. At first glance they were fine to my eye. After then further inspection they are NOT authentic which I wouldn’t mind if they was £50 but they are £160.

The lace holes/shape of shoe/bubble in trainer are all completely different to the authentic pair I have now bought from a high street store.

I contacted sneakersforest and they have informed me they cannot refund the trainers & will not be.

Awful company with awful customer service - DO NOT USE ( Unless you want a copy trainer for a high cost)
