Great prices
At first i thought the site was dodgy because the v3 Labubus set of 6 was $100 cheaper compared to all their competitors, but they came within a week (i live in nsw) and i authenticated them and they were actually real to. Very happy with my purchase and will be waiting on v4

I made a purchase & haven't received it yet! I haven't had notifications about delivery or anything just other emails for your catalogue. It's been 3/4 weeks already.

Costs more, takes longer, advertising sizes they don't have
Couldn't find my size elsewhere so paid more to go through these guys. Two days later turns out they didn't have the size either but still were advertising it and took payment. Went half a size smaller (which I could have gotten cheaper and quicker elsewhere). Another 2 days later was notified that the items would be shipped. Over a week later (two weeks from date of purchase) still had not received a tracking number and items had not been shipped. Turns out these guys don't stock the shoes themselves. I suspect they over charge and order from another shop cheaper. Finally, the shoes arrived and are fine and they refunded my express shipping cost.

Ordered express lost for bday present
Ordered express lost for bday present. It was dispatched 6 days later and arrived after waiting 9 days. This is express post.
Then arrives in a lolly confectionery old box sticky taped up and inside the jumper just on its own no paperwork no packaging.
Also sizing is very very ssmall. Men’s medium fits my size 8 daughter fitted.

Our product description for the Jumper purchased states that order processing may take 2-9 Business days, it also says we recommend getting a size up due to the hoodies running a size small.
