The pillow cover was missing from my order, but we are only human and mistakes can happen. The response was incredibly fast — I reported the issue on Sunday afternoon and received a reply the same evening. The replacement cover was dispatched the very next day.
Thank you — I will definitely be returning. This will be my third purchase, and certainly not the last.

What a brilliantly simple idea well done
What a brilliantly simple idea well executed. I travel a lot for work and hate the lumpy pillow provided by so many hotels. Snoooze have created a practical solution which ensures I get a good night's sleep wherever I lay my head.

Fabulous goose down pillow.
I ordered the full size goose down travel pillow and it arrived in just a couple of days. Oh wow, amazing softness and shall be taking it with me on my next holiday.
