I had a really great season with Snowminds. I met a lot of new people and made some great friendships along the way. The team leaders were amazing – always supportive, helpful, and created a really positive atmosphere throughout the course.

Overall, it was an unforgettable experience that I would definitely recommend to others.

Eigenlijk van tevoren viel het best tegen met hoe alles was geregeld omdat we vrij laat de informatie kregen, maar zodra we onderweg waren was alles heel fijn geregeld. We hadden fijne teamleiders en hele fijn mensen of deze ervaring mee te delen. Niet alleen heb ik heel erg genoten van het skiën en de lessen, ik heb ook genoten van de ervaring bij het hotel. Hier hebben we ook allemaal activiteiten gedaan en meer dan genoeg gedaan om met elkaar een team te worden, ook naar de teamleiders enorme complimenten want hun hebben er 100% voor gezorgd dat deze ervaring 10x beter is geworden. Niet alleen omdat hun heel fijn waren om bij te zijn maar ook omdat ze altijd bereid waren om ons te helpen, zoals mijn Duits of bijvoorbeeld bij wat ski tips.

I joined a group of six skiers for the technical on piste training organised by Snowminds.
The Snowminds reps were all amazing they could not do enough for you.
The training itself was brilliant, iI was good fun and I definitely improved over the two weeks, the standard of ski instructors was very high.
The accommodation and food was fine with plenty of it.
I would definitely recommend Snowminds for someone starting out or wanting to improve and learn different aspects of skiing.

I had a great experience with Snowminds and would definitely book with them again. The entire event was very well planned and organised, and the team leads did an excellent job throughout. A special shoutout to Julia and Celina, who were fantastic organisers - everything ran smoothly thanks to their efforts.

The instructor, Edith, was brilliant - patient, calm, and teaching at a pace that worked well for everyone, especially beginners. The social events were also a highlight, as they were fun, interactive, and a great way to meet people.

I had informed the team in advance about my vegetarian dietary requirements, which was acknowledged. Although there was a small miscommunication initially, the chefs quickly took care of it and made sure I had special meals prepared from day one onwards, which I really appreciated.

In terms of feedback, Bad Hofgastein felt like a much better location for beginners compared to Dorfgastein, which didn’t have the most suitable slopes for learning.

Overall, a very enjoyable and well-organised experience with a great team - I’d happily recommend Snowminds to others.

Very dissapointing level of service.
I paid for a 10 week ski instructors cours through snowminds.
After payment went through we then didnt hear from them again.
I tried to ask questions and find out about information about the course, insurance and the ski pass.
After 3 weeks of my emails being ignored i finall wrote to them asking me why they were ignoring my emails.
I was told that they were busy with other things and didnt have time to answer my legitemet questions.

When we all arrived at the hostel on the first day, Snowminds did not send a representative to meet us and explain the situation, room allogation, info about the resort, nothing.
Instead after send quite a few text messages, the instructor from a completely differant school can to see us.
The evening meeting dinner was not hosted by Snowminds, but by Apex, the ski instructors that would be teaching us, infact Snowminds were not involved at all...it was all organised by Apex, who were very good.
I beg the question why i Gave Snow minds my 10K when they did nothing.
AND, a member of Snowmind staff lives in the resort.

It turned out aswell that we were not offered the mountain insurance that you can buy at the time of ski lift purches
This is an absolute must as it only costs 104chf for the season and covers any hospitalisation and airlift of the mountain, with no Deductable or excess.
This was not added at the time of purchase nor was it offered in the beguinning list of add ons when we signed up with Snowminds.
I had an accident and am now looking at a huge deductable and other costs because this insurance was not added, and it can only be bought at the time of purchase.
Snowminds told me that it was down to me to sort out my own insurance.
I clearly had local health insurance and travel insurance but these come with the excess.
We should have been informed of the Mountain insurance but were not.
All i can say is that they are a young company with very little hospitality experiance, and do not like clients asking questions.
They were not the school that the advertise either.

Then there is the hostle that we were put up in.
It was not clean and under all the beds was a huge amount of dust and debris...i had to ask for my room to be properly cleaned.
The owner was in appropriate with his demand and his messaging send very in appropriate pictures and gifs and making us feel very uncomfortable when recieveing letters and parcles. we lived there for 10 weeks.people wanted to send us stuff.
A bulb went in the lounge and when asked if it could be changed, the reply was' why would i change a light bulb for your comfort'.
There was a fire in a chellet just up the road, this made everyone very edgy, so i asked if he could supply a couple of smoke detectors.
The answere was NO, so i bought some.
Why would you want us to feel safe???

I had an absolutely fantastic experience travelling with Snowminds. Everything was very well organised. Great facilities, great and passionate instructors, as well as excellent team leaders. A real pleasure and definitely a warm recommendation. Even though it was a different experience going on a solo trip for 14 days, it turned out to be a very positive one and certainly not the last time!

I wanted to go on a solo skiing holiday 6 years since skiing last, and only having skied 6 times in the previous 30+ years! Snowminds provided me with an excellent reintroduction. I was so happy to find a holiday which provided 5 hours or so of ski insrruction every day, with one day off as I wanted to get up to speed asap. I was in a group of 4, with an excellent instructor, so the tuition was great and we had fun 😁. Lunch was somewhere in the mountains each day, with great views and excellent ambience, and a chance to meet up and compare notes with the other groups. The staff were wonderful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I chose to have my own room in the hotel, the dinners and breakfast were fine, and apres ski activities were available every night. Ski equipment hire was straightforward and the hotel was very near the slopes or the buses going to other ski areas.
If you want to go on a skiing break where you can really focus on improvement, with great company and instruction, then look no further!

I took the anwärter course with snowminds and I had a really really good experience! Everything worked out perfectly and smooth. I love how much snowminds prioritized all of us instructors. We had a very nice meetup day in zell am see during the end season with Julia and she was absolutely the best! So sweet and one of the best skiing days during the whole season. Much love to the snowminds team!❤️

It was a fantastic holiday, the mountains, the snow, and the surroundings being part of it. But above all, the perfect group with a great mix of age and background made it super. And especially the organization led by two top-notch people, Julia and Judith; they had everything under control, adjusted where necessary, were always reachable or available, and organized fantastic excursions. The instructors were also top-notch, experienced in snowboarding (in my case) and experienced in teaching it. In short, the best ski holiday I could have dreamed of, and you will definitely see me back there. Greetings from someone who already misses the mountains, the friends, and the snow, Tom De Bondt

I joined a one week ski technique camp with Snowminds and was sad to leave. I had an amazing experience. The coaching was professional, well structured and really helped improve my skiing.

I really want to highlight the work behind the scenes. The team leaders Julia and Celina did an excellent job, organizing everything and making sure the week ran smoothly and most of all, with fun!
Their effort and dedication really made a difference for me during my stay.

Highly recommended for anyone who wants to improve their ski technique and to have such a great experience! I'll be back for sure!

They were super fun weeks. The camp leaders were great and also super professional. They knew about everything. Julia, Judith, and Celina are all three really hard workers. They gave me the feeling that you could go to them with anything. Julia had an overview of the entire camp, so she had a suitable answer to every question. Celina is super social and loves connecting with everyone. Judith ensures that everyone feels heard and supported. They are all three wonderful people to have as camp leaders. The camp was super fun. The activities were fun, but in the last week it was a shame that some things were closed because it was late in the season. However, the camp leaders handled this well and arranged another fun activity. The dinner at the hotel was often the same every night and not very tasty. The rest of the hotel was beautiful and well organized. The hotel staff was friendly

Just wrapped up a dreamy season in Verbier - it all started with a consultation call with Celina at Snowminds. She is the most cheerful and delightful person I’ve ever met. On the call, she recommended Verbier as the destination and walked me through the program. Once I made the booking, everything else was taken care of by her and Snowminds.

Apex ski school is a team of the most amazing instructors with unique and lovely traditions. They have solid techniques, effective tips, and wholesome characters. With team Apex, every day on the slopes is fruitful and enjoyable. They also take care of us beyond the slopes, introduced us to local stores with great deals for ski gear and services, treated us to a delicious raclette welcome party, and hosted various activities throughout the season. Many thanks to Adela, Dara, Max, and our dearest team leaders— Pete, Nick, Stan.

MAP chalet was our warm and comfy home with stunning views. It is conveniently located close to the bus stop. Really appreciate that Snowminds team secured the chalet for our group for the season at an affordable price and helped us take care of the hassles, e.g., for local accommodation insurance.

Moreover, Snowminds team organized a kick-off event where we got to meet up with our batchmates and learn about our destination. They offered helpful packing tips, exclusive ski gear discounts, multiple language crash courses, targeted pre-season fitness training program, ski pass at the best price, and more…

I feel very blessed to have had the call with Celina and very grateful for Snowminds for making this happen, especially for myself and those from other continents. Thank you so much, not only for a season with great progress and fond memories, but also for the precious friendships that we have started here in Verbier.

I did a three weeks ski camp in Dorfgastein. Everything was great, from the hotel, the organization, the leaders being with us all the time, the amazing instructors, and the other campers. I did camps with two other companies and this was definitely the best.

Just spent a week in Austria with Snowminds. It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Excellent standard hotel, wonderful instructor and the skiing was first class. Particularly welcoming were Judith and Julia who looked after everyone and organised everything from beginning to end. Will definitely be returning next year !

I was quite apprehensive before coming on the trip as I had never done anything like this before but the week was better than anything I could have imagined. Judith and Julia made me feel so welcome when I first arrived and throughout the whole week. The hotel was lovely and I really enjoyed all the different activities we did. It was so well organised. The skiing was amazing and the lessons were great. Had the best week and met some amazing people. I will definitely be back next year.

Simply put, the best experience I've ever had. I was supposed to go on a 2 week technical ski camp in march but I loved it so much I extended it to the full 3 weeks during my stay. My camp leaders were Julia, Celina and Judith, they all added so much to my experience in their own way and that's in part what made this camp so great. The other part was the ski training which was done by Emile for the full 3 weeks. I cannot say enough about him he was so good and the best instructor I've ever had. They way he teaches worked perfectly for me and he is just a great person. I would recommend Snowminds to everyone and I will be coming back to them!

Snowminds har gjort et godt stykke arbejde med at finde et Chalet i Verbier som passer til mine behov. Det administrative var der styr på og det gik som smurt. Kundeservice var i top og de kunne svarer på alle spørgsmål.

Snowminds set us up with some skilled ski instructors from Apex who is professional and nice people.

I stayed for three weeks and honestly not only did my skiing improve so so much I can pretty comfortably ski and all types of slopes and had my fair share of off piste. The instructors are super knowledgeable about the mountains and give really specific advice to help you. Overall I had such an amazing time. I would like to shout out my team leaders Julia, Celena and Judith for not only being super knowledgeable about the area but also so invested in our skiing and experience. I couldn’t recommend them more. They really made the camp even better!!

Great and serious camp to level up your snowboarding. Teamleaders Judith and Julia always ready to help out. Accomodation top notch. Snowboard instructor Flo an absolute steezemaster on the slopes. Pushed my boundaries in the most relaxing way. Great progress!
