Paket kam über 1 Woche zu spät, nach einer Beschwerde wurde meine 2te Mail ignoriert. Die Grant waren komplett trocken und gelb.

A problem ocurred but they fixed
On 08/10/2025 I made the purchase and they didnt respect the delivery schedule 1-3 days.
After one week the order was missing some where. I paid over 15 euros and looks like the parcel was stuck at Belgium.
Since I had to travel abroad i cancelled the order. They told me they would refund me after receiving back the parcel. The parcel arrived to them on 23/10/25, but still waiting for my money back.
Finally snuscrew team has contacted me via mail. I have to say that they fixed the mistake in a satisfactory way:
- They have refundido my money and
-They have sent a parcel with the product + a gift at no cost at all.
I have to say that they were honest at the end and made me happy and re comforted.
I Will give them another opportunity in the future.
For me the matter is closed and forgotten. Mistakes sometimes happens and they fixed in an honest way.
