My customer service with Ian was such Good experience, easily the best experience I have had with any company, he helped me so much and got my problem fixed.

I placed an order from snushaven hoping to have a good experience and so far have not. I ordered on the 28th and since than had an email saying they were having shipping issues but my order wasn’t affected according to Reuben who I spoke with through email. but still there has been no movement
(Update). Everything has been corrected with snushaven response to emails. I just hope shipping goes well with royal mail. I would recommend them completely
(Ending) Got my product, camo was wrong mg and killa dark cherry was not sent but they sent killa cherry cola. Also no free tub like advertised. But overall decent experience.

Great customer service, there was a issue with my package and Ian helped me a lot had very good communication and sent me a new one right away super happy with everything definitely will order again.

the customer support is really great, i had an inconvenience with my package because of the courier and Ian really helped me.

all around was great service by Ian had lost my order and managed to get me my order back and add on a couple of tubs which i wanted while catering around the fact a couple tubs i wanted were out of stock. 100% the best service ive had dealing with customer service about snus.
