Soarfunding it a great prop firm,it me who did not understood the rules properly,every prop firm has the two minute rule,which I did not know about.Ben is my mentor I brought his course years back and even today I am able to login in the website,Ben is legitimate so as the prop firm,I am deeply sorry about what I said,it me not understanding the 2 minute rule,which I had no clue about it,Ben is the only person I trust in this forex industry

Requested a payout on March 13th. The CEO, Tom, is very responsive, and the customer service is excellent. They informed me that the review would take 1–3 days, after which I would receive my payment. I haven’t had any breaches in my trades—only one soft breach of the 2-minute rule. I’m allowed two; if I had three, my account would be deactivated. That’s how I lost the first one. I’m excited to receive my payout and will share my experience everywhere. I’ve already posted it in my community of 10,000 traders.

Excuse me, but are you serious?? How is possible that you have all of a sudden problem with my first phase? Why did i wasted time on making effort to trade phase 2 and then trying to get my payout, i got all conditions on live account right and you give me reason for not paying out that i have rules breach on phase 1?? Why no one noticed when i passwd phase 1? And it is problem now, if im correct phase 1 is being reviewed as well so why it was okay then and now you had to come up with anything to not pay me out? Im really disappointed as i wasted so much time and effort to make profit which you as a trader should understand how important it is for trader and you let me trade phase 2 and already funded account with no clue i already failed? And you didnt let me know or stop me after i did that mistake? Im sorry but this is not right treating, this problem should have been addressed way before

I’m always skeptical when using prop firms, especially new ones. But honestly I’ve been super impressed with Soar funding from the beginning. I failed my first challenge from my own stupid errors, but then managed to get another on a deal which then gave me an additional free account. I’ve since passed this and had a small pay out. Very pleased so far

Great customer support… After passing my phase 2, I got my funded account within 24 hours

Been funded with them and everything is great payout on time and great staff and service 100%

UPDATE

Following further reflection on my case, I would like to highlight an additional concern regarding consistency and transparency.

During the investigation, Soar Funding indicated that my trading behaviour was allegedly linked to other traders from a public Telegram community. I strongly dispute any form of coordinated trading, as my activity has always been fully independent and rule-compliant.

What raises further concern for me is that, based on publicly shared information and community discussions, it appears that other traders who were allegedly part of the same group or trading environment were still able to receive payouts without issue, while my payout request was rejected.

I cannot verify the internal review process for other accounts, however, this situation creates a perception of inconsistency in how rules may be interpreted or enforced between traders. Transparency and consistent application of rules are essential in maintaining trust between proprietary trading firms and funded traders.

I remain confident that my trading activity was independent and compliant with the rules. My intention with this update is not to accuse or speculate, but to emphasize the importance of clear, consistent, and transparent review standards within the industry.

UPDATE:

Since my previous review, I have gathered and documented additional evidence regarding my payout dispute with Soar Funding.

My funded payout certificate showed a gross payout amount of $9,382.52. However, the actual amount transferred to me was significantly lower due to an “activation fee” deduction. I did not receive any transparent breakdown or proper invoice for this deducted fee.

It is important to clarify that invoices were issued for certain services such as challenge purchases, which demonstrates that the company is capable of providing proper billing documentation. However, no invoice or tax documentation was provided for the activation fee deductions connected to payouts.

Because of these discrepancies and the lack of invoicing transparency, I have submitted a formal report to HMRC and relevant consumer authorities for review.

I am sharing this update so other traders can make informed decisions and carefully review fee structures, payout terms, and invoicing transparency before working with this company.

Simply the worst prop firm that has ever existed.
Not to mention that many people I know never received their payouts, and they made claims that were simply not true. They only like collecting money, not paying it out.

One of their excuses was that I supposedly didn’t follow the consistency rule, even though it was 23% on their website and you had to stay below 25%. On the payout day, I logged in and—interestingly—it suddenly became 28%. I even have screenshots of it.

For another payout, they claimed I was “copy trading” because someone on a completely different account entered the same position 3 minutes later 🤣🤣🤣🤣

In my opinion, NO ONE SHOULD PAY THEM ANYTHING, BECAUSE THE WHOLE THING IS A SCAM!

Purchased a 100k evaluation at the start of January and never recieved it even though money had been taken from my bank account.

After opening multiple support tickets they kept telling me it has been sent and refused to send a refund. I had to ask my bank to charge them back as they kept on lying and withholding my money and have only just received my money back from my bank over a month later

Do not purchase here as their support is really poor.

Do not buy at Soar Funding, I made 10k over 3 accounts and broke 0 rules. First they made up a rule that I had duplicate trades - I sent them my logs and they then told me I violated IP rules of which they have no such rules. I was denied 10k, banned from the discord server and have never received a single bit of evidence that supports their claims.

Please do not buy here if you value your time and money.

No evidence of any IP detections were ever sent to me, I possess all of the Meta Trader logs which show my IP stayed consistent throughout and only on one device.

Since my review Soar Funding have rejected multiple payouts which hint at a lack of liquidity left and they have resorted to mistreating traders to try and save themselves time.

I have offered time and time again to prove Soar Funding wrong but as usual they have ignored me and continue to act like everything is okay. Thwir recent trustpilot scores tell the full story.

Smooth experience so far, simple rules and is a reputable firm

The most important thing in this industry is : Payouts !
They pay in time without excuses .

My experience so far with this prop firm have been absolutely brilliant.
I have dealt with several prop firms so I know what I'm talking about.
Their customer service is exemplary. Really friendly and genuinely go above and beyond to resolve issues.
Whether it be platform 5 issues or whatever. They are very fair in dealing with matters. They'll provide refunds on trades where there have been platform issues.
They'll answer all questions without making you feel you are an issue.
I've got my funded accounts the same day. No drama. KYC was rapid.

This prop firm if it continues as has started will without doubt become big players on the prop scene.
Masterclass start lads. Keep going.

The only criticism if you can call it that is. The 2 min rule, if they could reduce that down to 1 min that would be perfect as I feel it can hinder trading strategies.

Soar funding is a legit firm, I got my payout within 32 working hours and the support and team have been amazing and supportive. If you’re looking for firm to trade with, please go with them, they have only 3 rules unlike other firms that has multiple rules and still not payout. Please trade with Soar funding, follow rules and get paid.

Reputable firm and a fast support system

Never known such supportive team. They listen to any issues AND action. They are in no way cut throat like everyone else and deal with questions and queries in a fair and timely manner. Highly rated for their constant deals and rule structure also. You can’t go wrong with this funding serving.

I've just experienced 'world class' customer service from Soar Trading and I feel the least i could do is write a review. Without going into too much detail, i was up 7.5k on my 1 step challenge and then there was a global outage, no fault of soar trading, every prop firm and broker was impacted and the spreads on gold went from 1pip to 160 pips and it hit my daily loss limit. I was fuming. let me tell you, the way TB at Soar Funding dealt with my major issue, all within an hour, has gained my utmost respect. Account restored. I simply cannot imagine other prop firms to even giving a shite. Tell ur friends/family about soar trading. I'm in their discord group and i know they payout within a day or 2 max. I'm looking forward to passing my evaluation and receiving payouts. Fair play to you guys, keep up the great work by putting the customer first

I decided to use Soar funding as their prices and rules were great and better than majority of the market. They are also a reliable company as I have used multiple other products created by one of the owners and I have experienced nothing but satisfaction. I received a payout of almost $8k within 48 hours of requesting the payout. I highly recommend using Soar funding!
