Too slow with delivery. Excellent product but absolutely zero indication on a delivery date

Still not received my item ordered on the 26th of January. No communication from your company ..no updates given .total rubbish still waiting on updates on where my item is .

I have ordered a set for my sons birthday which I hope will arrive by the 10th of February reason I'm writing on reviews is because I didn't receive any form of contact on the email confirmation and the website also isn't showing any way of contacting the company so this is basically a question?

Love this company, I've ordered a number of times and everything goes like clockwork. Even with returns, everything is resolved quickly. I needed to return a kit as I had picked the wrong size, asked for the correct size. They are brilliant to shop with.

The item took a long time to come. Unfortunately also the shirts are slim fit which is not stated. Quality is good but would order a size or 2 up.

Further to my review on the 15th December. "Fradulent company. Took payment over 3 weeks ago. Never recieved email conformation. Cant ever get through on live chat and they dont respond to emails. No contact number available. Absolutely discusting to do this to people at anytime but especially just before christmas. They have copied a website with a similar name based in sweden (soccalord.se) which I was supposed to order from.
Please do not use this site"

Update :
Was contacted straight away and was told they would look into my order and offered a full refund which they said they processed. They said the would find out where my order was and let me know.
Another 10 days later, no parcel, no refund and im £50 out of pocket and still no communication

Great quality jerseys. I didn’t think they were going to arrive in time so I contacted them through their live chat and was assured they were on there way. The jerseys arrived two days later.
