False advertising, never received product
Having a hard time with the company. Mislead with them offering free shopping only to find out it’s download only. After purchase I did not receive my download. I have messaged multiple times with no response. Thinking this is a scam.

Hi Jennifer, thank you for your review.
To be clear we do not mention shipping on our website, only delivery via email. Additionally we state in the product description these are digital downloads with a dedicated areas stating 'How To Download'.
We have just sent the artworks to your gmail account again, please be sure to double check your spam/junk folder as our emails often filter into there.
Thank you, SoccerPosterCo
It’s a download
It’s a download. This is not clear unless you delve into the T’s and C’s/ FAQ’s. My poor son saw the posters on TikTok and then asked me to buy it. I only realised it was a download when he asked when it would arrive. I then saw the delivery details that it was downloadable. Not much use to someone without a printer . Website does not make this clear at all. I get the concept- and good idea as long as you make it clear up front.

misleading to say the least
misleading to say the least. No physical poster being delivered. Received an email saying I would receive a link for the download. Don't even have the link. Order/Paid on Nov 30th, 2024.
Avoid. Very unhappy.

Hi Timothy, we're sorry you haven't had a good experience with our site. All links are sent out automatically once the purchase is made but unfortunately a lot of our emails end up filtering into junk folders - if you cannot find it in there please email us directly at soccerposterco@gmail.com and we can get a new link sent to you within the same day.
Thank you, SoccerPosterCo
**Misleading Information**
**Misleading Information**
The website’s description is misleading. It states that free worldwide delivery is available, but the posters are not physically dispatched and only sent via email link. This information was only discovered on completion of the transaction. The site gives the impression of a physical poster being offered - I later discovered this to NOT BE THE CASE.
I hope that the website will be updated soon to reflect that posters are actually downloads.
Do not recommend.

Bought a few posters for my son and he absolutely adores them. Initially couldn’t find the email for the order but once I contacted them through their website they informed me it’d be in my spam/junk folder - which it was! Overall a great experience and very impressed with the attention to detail of the designers. Thoroughly recommend, especially for the affordable prices.
