I attended a seminar on the 27th March with Mary at Santander Work cafe.

Mary went over AI and social media and how we can all use it to move our business forward. It was insightful and well thought out.

I attended a workshop on social media and AI lead by Mary, and it was super helpful. She's friendly and great to talk to. I learnt something new.

Working with Mary through the Croydon Business Support Programme has been one of the standout parts of my experience with UP. Her “Master Instagram with AI” workshop was the strongest-performing in-person session on the programme, combining clear, practical teaching with an engaging delivery style that made digital marketing feel accessible to founders at all stages. Mary also led follow‑up support, including 1:1 clinic time, which gave participants tailored advice they could immediately apply to their businesses. Feedback from attendees has been consistently positive, with many commenting on how relevant and actionable her content was for real-world growth. I would highly recommend Mary to any entrepreneur or organisation looking for high-quality, impactful marketing training and support.

As a business owner responsible for creating social media posts, I took part in this workshop to introduce business owners to Canva. I was a total beginner and perhaps this wasn't the best forum for me! Mary was patient and managed well with the diversity of skill levels within the group. Even I managed to create a simple image - but I would have benefitted even more from a more intimate group. However I don't want to detract from Mary's very clear ability and delivery of the material. Thank you Mary for the introduction!

I was lucky enough to attend a workshop with Socially Curious and I was blown away at the breath of knowledge shared. Mary really knows her stuff and is both insightful and extremly well versed in what works and what doesn't. At the EmpowerNext: Ai and Social Media workshop for those wanting to make a start on social media, we were guided onto doing some of the most impactful steps for our (social media) presence in goal setting with platform specific insights along with developing our goals into something SMART

I realise just how stuck I was about what to say to my customers on Instagram and across social media. Mary taught us not just about Instagram features. She taught us how to engage our audience with our own voices and experiences.

It was a very interesting and engaging workshop. Mary paced it well and was very honest and knowledgeable, plus funny. I definitely left the workshop with more knowledge and a better understanding of Social Media & the Rabbit Hole that is AI.
