Excellent delivery times

I ordered a number of sockets and switches recently. The price was good, they arrived promptly and we're well packed, so no damage; not always the case. Had a very minor, but slightly irritating, problem with one light switch (manufacturers error, it wasn't exactly the same as the rest). Socket World immediately took this query back to the manufacturer and a replacement arrived soon; problem fixed!. Excellent customer service. I always think it's how well a company deals with an issue that really tells you how good they are. Would have no hesitation in ordering from them again.

Outstanding service! Very fast next-day shipping via DPD. Got a faulty item first time and they replaced with no quibbles. Free returns service via Royal Mail works perfectly. Superb communication. What's not to like?

Ordered a light switch in December. It turned up 4 weeks later mid Jan. Why have stock on the website that you don't have? This caused me massive inconvenience as I could not switch on my room light all over Christmas. In the end I had to buy one from TLC, which arrived next day. Lesson learned. Use TLC as I always have and not this shambolic outfit.

Great service - Ordered 8 items 1pm Thursday and delivered 3pm Friday, well packed and great price.

I place and order with them 3 weeks ago and they haven’t delivered. Impossible to communicate with them. They don’t replay to emails or answer the phone. No update what so ever. It looks as I just waist 70£. Never again will buy from them.

Terrible service, No Communication with client. No one gets back to you. Been waiting over a week now for delivery. Initially was ordering all on line and had to call to add an item. Then wrong estimate was e-mailed to me after waiting a day and pushing for it. The codes were wrong which I spotted. so after this ordered on line again, followed up with a call 5 days later asking where my stuff was. No one got back to me.
Spoke with manger today and he was pleasant and apologised.
