I ordered a 6 pack of briefs.
The quality was very poor.
Each pair differed in size quite dramatically, despite all being labeled as 'small'. The biggest difference between two of the waist bands was nearly 4 inches.
The leg openings were not symmetrical. One side quite tight and the other very loose.
Some of the seams had not joined properly, there was left over stitching sticking out.
They were advertised as stretchy yet they are not. The fabric itself has some stretch but the bias binding around the leg holes has no stretch.
However, the fabric is decent and the colours and patterns are great.
I think much better quality control would be a huge improvement.
To be honest I felt like I was given a bag of rejects. 1 pair fit well and was decent.

Items ordered are for Christmas but website was easy to use, prices very competitive and order was delivered quickly.

I placed an order with the the Sock Stack for non slip socks for both men and women as Christmas gifts for my family. These two orders parcel arrived promptly and was well packed. Unfortunately two sets of the women’s socks were missing. I immediately sent an email to the company and within half an hour the problem was resolved. The email from the company stated that they had refunded the money for the missing items. The email also informed me that if I wished to reorder the missing items I would NOT be charged for postage.
I reordered these socks and not only was I exempt from paying postage there was an offer in place whereby I received a discount
It was lovely to feel that I was a valued customer even though it was my first time dealing with Sock Stack. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Decent quality merchandise at a budget price.

socks are smart enough but i doubt they'll be thermal come winter , the boxers are really odd sized ,the legs are too long , i was very disappointed, but i opened everything so my loss

I am big boned and struggle to find clothes to fit but this fit perfectly.

I was after socks with reinforced heels and toes to wear with my wellies. The socks not only fit the bill, they are also great quality, really soft, warm and comfortable. The socks were well packaged and arrived in a timely manner. I would buy from this company again

I placed an order for a pack of XL boxer shorts and a pack of sizes 6-11 men's socks. The order arrived on time and when stated and the pack of socks were exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately the boxers sent out were in a size small. The company have been good and arranged for a return and refund but because of their policy If I want the boxers in the correct size I would need to re order them. That's fine but I am not prepared to the £3 something delivery fee again. I paid the delivery fee the first time for 2 items and it's wrong that I am getting charged it again for a mistake not made by me. I therefore won't be using sockstack again.

UPDATE:
I have received a reply from sockstack who have offered to refund me my delivery cost. Im happy to update my review and i am happy with sockstacks quick response and resolution.
