I used this company as it was one of the first searches that came up in my local area when I was buying my first house, it was a little bit more expensive however comparing other people’s surveyors Sodbury included so much more detailing the report and the communication between myself and the surveyor was extremely efficient.
Once I had received the homebuyers report there was chance to follow up any points on the report for clarification.
