Great experience in purchasing my sofa from The Lounge Company via the new Sofa Brands Outlet store in Chippenham. Craig and the team were very helpful in providing me with details on different options where fabrics and sofa sizes were concerned. I visited the store on a few occasions to look at their latest stock and was welcomed each time. Delivery was also great, a slot was booked for the following week and the team were very helpful and delivered the sofa with no problems. Thank you to all involved - I will highly recommend the store to others.

Exceptional customer service from Chris. He liaised with both the delivery company when we had a small issue, as well as with the manufacturer directly to resolve an issue following delivery. I do not hesitate in recommending Chris and this company to savvy buyers who are looking at buying a quality piece of furniture at a bargain price, with the exceptional customer service that you would normally hope for when buying from a showroom. Furniture delivered with no problems at all

Great service and price. Garry was exeptional, returned emails and calls about the 3 seater and 4 seater sofa I was interested in. I needed delivery as I am based in Devon, Garry poited me towards Shiply and I made tge arrangments. Sofas were packed really well and Garry even stayed late the evening of collectiosn as the drivers were held up by traffic. Highly recommend.

Really great experience buying from this company, Chris was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy like other places. I visited the shop on three occasions which was encouraged by the staff as they have different stock coming in, eventually brought a sofa, chair and footstool, they are due for delivery today but if the product is as good as the customer service I will be happy, thank you.

Pauls customer service was excellent, helping in the many enquiries I had and in helping to arrange delivery. They have an excellent range of different styles in stock. I would recommend checking for your sofa here before going anywhere else!

Very good to deal with. Haven't received sofa yet (our choice to have delayed delivery), but so far excellent.

Paul was really helpful when we recently purchased our Parker knoll suite.

We purchased a Parker knoll armchair from them after seeing it on the website, I then decided to call them to obtain further information, following this I confirmed the purchase and arranged delivery with anyvan who their recommended.
The armchair arrived wrapped up and I damaged, it was as described on the website, the gentleman I spoke to said we would be very happy with it and we are.
if looking for a sofa in the future we would first look at what was on offer from them first before going to main stores. We didn’t know this place existed!

We purchased through Ebay a brand new Lounge Co Sofa from Sofa Brands International and were impressed with the serivce and attention from start yo finish. It's good to get a bit of old fashioned service in these days of online shopping.
