I have mixed feelings with this company, so I wrote a very bad review which I am now editing. If at first I thought it was a scam from China and I had to say goodbye to my money I have to say that the sandals I bought did arrive, a bit later but they arrived.
Now they are a fake naive of me not to think it before,but they look like a good fake very good fake hard to spot the difference . Only time will tell the quality of the fake.

Do not purchase from this site. The clothing looks nothing like the images online, and the quality of the garments is terrible. It also ships from Asia to the U.S., and the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee. Shipping back to Asia costs more than the awful dress I received. Buyer beware.

DO NOT ORDER from this website !!! The clothes are absolutely junk and if you want your money back they require you to pay to have it shipped to ASIA which is about $40 for a dress that was $58. Then they offered to let me keep it and they would give me $8. Is this a joke !!!!!

Poor quality of service. No where near the product order. Had the nerve to how I liked the product. Really a joke. They knew the was not what I ordered. I ordered a dress with a round neck and received one with a turtleneck. False advertisement. Scam. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered an outfit that I saw on Pinterest for a Christmas party on Dec 5th and it is now January 5th and I have received nothing. How this site is still up is insane to me as its a complete scam. I asked for a refund and have not heard back.

My order was placed under Sophia Lane and Victoria Wear. Ordered 3 weeks ago and for two weeks the tracking says in transit in NYC.

I think these items are sold under different names as “Boutiques” but the products are not as pictured and return policy is useless as it costs so much to return to Asia. I feel it’s a scam.

Terrible. Nothing like the beautiful 'knitwear' on the pictures - nylon tat. Appalling. Their website is a sham and should be removed.

This is a SCAM. They send you cheap clothing that doesnt match AT ALL with what your purchase and dont include packing slips. In order to return you have to email a representative which is already a red flag. They delay by saying they will open an investigation. You ask for return label that is paid (standard procedure) and they tell you the customer has to pay for the returns... to CHINA. They then offer only 15% refund. When you attempt to dispute charge it codes it so it gets lumped in with other returns or purchases you have made. You have to MANUALLY dispute it. Never. Ever. Ever buy from here. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Do not buy SCAM order never arrives

Please please do not be fooled by the Instagram posts for this company with pictures of the 'supposed' Sofia Delane saying she is closing down due to ill health, with fake trustpilot high scores and reviews along with noting great quality pictures and UK delivery. The items are coming from China, took a month for delivery and the quality, WOW, the quality of the items are significantly not as described. For example I purchased the leather coat with fur collar. What arrived was an awful cheap pvc coat. All the items I've received are fit for the bin. The return address is in China and you'll have to pay for this. They try to offer you a 30% discount to keep the tawdry items. This is a SCAM, through and through.

What a con, they are not based in London but China. Waited 3 weeks for my order to arrive. The "Cashmere" jumper I ordered turned out to be polyester and so thin you could see straight through both layers. Paying £58.43 for a jumper that I could have purchased for about £10.

Shoddy 100% polyester jacket bought for £49.95. Reduced from £135. I wouldn't pay £20 for this!!
Discouraged over 3 emails to return and no reassurance of the promised full refund, just a 25% payment and keep the item. Avoid and read the return info before buying. Cost or £60 for a return to China!!!

FRAUDULENT AND NOT BASED IN LONDON! DO NOT BUY HERE!
I was advertised this shop on Instagram and bought Two items. They advertise as a London based shop and designer but that is not true. It took 3 weeks for the items to arrive and they looked nothing like the pictures. Really bad quality. Loose threads everywhere, and so far no one is responding to my request for a refund! Utter scammers.

Wife ordered from here. Clothing was utter rubbish, no return label included, returns process nonsense. Don't buy from here. It's AI pictures of apparent quality whilst selling utter rubbish. Apparently returns cost involves buyer shipping items to China! Absolute joke of an operation. There is an address for them in a GU9 post code which I will investigate as I intend to get things sorted out. Be interesting to see if there's anyone there. UPDATE : 5 mins research shows the returns address as a logistics company who are just shipping them and thus not responsible for what's inside a package. Anyway, I repeat do not buy! We are pursuing a full refund under UK consumer legislation terms and won't stop until we get it.

🚫 Worst Experience Ever – Total Scam!

Do NOT buy from Sofia Delane London‼️‼️This company is a complete scam. Their products are cheap fakes made in China, even though they pretend to be a luxury British brand. The so-called “designer” bags look like Longchamp knockoffs, and the rest are terrible quality‼️‼️‼️‼️

When you try to get a refund, they make it impossible. You have to ship the item back to China at your own cost, which is expensive, and there’s no guarantee you’ll ever see your money again. They completely ignore customer complaints and don’t care about quality or honesty.

This site is misleading, dishonest, and should be reported. Don’t waste your money . Stay far away from Sofia Delane London!

This website is a scam. The product is displayed as closing down stock and shown as heavily reduced. Delivery is described as 'several days'. The product actually took three weeks, is directly from China and extremely poor quality. Complain to Trading Standards.

Would suggest this is a scam website where i have unfortunately been charged a "restocking fee" of £14.95 for asking to cancel an order an hour after placing. No response to my questions and i didn't agree to this fee being taken. Reviewing so others don't get caught out.

I don’t recommend buying from this company. The products are low quality, take too long to arrive, and aren’t worth the cost. I’m actually truly embarrassed I fell for it and will be disputing the charge with my bank. It’s a scam.
