Gordon was very helpful from the onset. He showed us various sofas that was to our liking and left it to our decision to choose. He was friendly and professional and very knowledgeable as he very willingly showed us all of the features in the sofas that we were interested in and guided us in making the right decision.

First-class sales service
Evelina provided a first-class sales service, explaining the relative merits of each of the sofa suites we were interested in and answering knowledgably any questions we raised. The Croydon store showcases a wide range of suites in a pleasing environment and what with Evelina's sales service, it made our buying experience very pleasurable today.

Good range, Good service, no pressure
We went on a Sunday. The parking was easy, the shop wasn't crowded. We were greeted by a women called Amen who gave us the space to look around and helped answer questions. A very good experience overall.

Comfy affordable sofas
Nice sales rep, didn’t go hard sell at all which went down well.
Sofa is great quality. Sale process was pretty quick. Happy all round and better quality sofas and value for money vs furniture village next door

Within 40 mins of arriving in store we had fallen in love and ordered our new sofa. After so many sofas and companies, Sofology Croydon and the team was a breathe of fresh air! Gordon won our business and we are so grateful for his professional help!

Gordon is the best
Gordon was so nice helping us today AND last Sunday. Let us take all the time of the world in choosing and helped us so much in measuring the sofas. Even took them apart to show us how it could get into the flat. One of the best if not the best salespersons I’ve ever met.
