Emma at the metrocentre was brilliant!

They was so helpful with the recliner sofa's.

Great service from the sales team, no pressure from them but friendly and helpful when purchasing our sofa.

After a long wait my 2 reclining sofas plus footstool arrived. The sofas aren’t particularly well made - I’ve had to use pliers to remove loose staples to avoid accidents. The sofa glides came in at £38 extra and are useless. The first time I moved a sofa two came off and as they just stick on they were unfit to reuse. The batteries weren’t explained so it took my daughter to identify the bleeping noise was a battery needing to be charged. That involves moving the large sofa to get at the battery underneath which should have been ok if the sofa glides had worked. I did achieve recharging it but then found it lasted about 10 days so the sofa has to be pulled out a lot. This is not feasible for me so I have now had to abandon the batteries and use extension leads which I had wanted to avoid. So the glides and batteries were a waste of money. The sofas aren’t very good value for money due to poor construction. As a result I don’t recommend Sofology.

Great customer service. Jayne was fantastic throughout our purchase. No pressure but there to answer any questions. Gave a lot advice about the whole purchase process from choosing what we want colour options and care of out new sofa through to what to expect in the coming weeks for delivery. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

The lady that help me was excellent she was polite so helpful the service she gave was absolutely brilliant I was so pleased thst I had gone into the shop.

Very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. I told Dan what I was looking for and she showed me a few different options, I was then offered a coffee while I tried out the options. I felt very comfortable and at ease with no pressure selling at all. Dan then came back over to see how I was getting on, she was able to answer my questions and showed me how to fully operate the chair I was sitting in. That really helped me with my decision making and I bought it. Great service, thank you.

Great customer service by Donna when I first visited your Metro store , decided to purchase my sofa on my second visit and given great knowledge about it from Sheena , a very nice welcome to sit and given refreshments all in all a good experience from two lovey employee's

Friendly, knowledgeable staff with a paced sales technique

The delivery was made well within its time slot.
The assembly and fitting of our sofa, chair and ottoman pouffe was done with diligence and upmost professionalism. They did a great job and left our house with all the packaging they arrived with.

I want to say from the moment we stepped into the Gateshead showroom, ordering, waiting a short while for delivery and assembly ran trouble free and stress less for us.
It's a sign of a first class company. And we'd just like to say thank you to Sofology for committing to making sure we had such a good experience.
