Great Experience From Staff Member Jess At Birstall Junction 27 Sofology.

After being treated poorly from a different sofa company which I won't name on here Jess has been fantastic.

We finally found a sofa in Sofology which exceeded our expectations as we didn't think we would find one which competes with our faulty sofa from the company which I won't name.

Jess went through everything in high detail ensuring we got the sofa in the correct configuration suitable for our living area.

After around 24 hours of picking a certain colour we realised that it was going to be dark and wanted to switch back to the original colour they have on display.

One quick phone call to Jess and the order was ammended back to the original charcoal colour instead of the anthracite grey.

10/10 service so far. I will leave another review in around 11-12 weeks when the sofa has been delivered.

Visited this shop twice, the sales staff their on hand but best thing is they do not bother you , they leave you to look around.
my second visit I did purchase a sofa and sales man was helpful and not pushy at all which I like , iv not received my sofa as yet as I wanted late delivery, I would definitely recommend to other customers to come visit here .
